25.01.2022 Retreat preparations begin at my fave farmers market. A bountiful basket with fresh chico shoots, shiso, curry leaves, davidson plums, finger limes, camphor laurel, thorny cucumbers, homemade feta and cultured butter, young ginger & tumeric, connecting with the local farmers, bumping into unexpected friends, delicious organic breakfast, and i can never go past the blue lotus flowers! When the produce speaks for itself

20.01.2022 Cooking for yogis this week. What a pleasure to be serving the committed kundalini yoga teachers-in-training. Today was a wholesome nourishing vegan spread.... Sweet potato leek coconut curry with all the trimmings Garam masala spiced quinoa pilaf Coconut yoghurt raita Red cabbage rocket zucchini mint coriander and nigella raw salad The skies are clear and the sun is shining, we basked in all its glory, enjoying our meal under its bright gaze. Sat Nam

20.01.2022 A peek into my kitchen and some ideas of how we can nourish our body and soul at times when we are depleted and and feel like we dont have the energy to look after ourselves, which is when we most need it!

14.01.2022 Sprouted sunflower seed + nasturtium dip with chilli + caraway raw seedy crackers. This snack was so deliciously nutritious it hit the spot! Gluten free, nut free, vegan, sugar free and 100% raw with so much flavour and texture ud never know it was so good for you. I sprouted the sunflower seeds for optimal digestion and paired them with freshly picked nasturtium leaves for peppery flavour and because they are little medicinal powerhouses! I balanced it out with lemon, hemp o...il, salt, garlic and thats it. Simples The combination tastes almost like philidelphia cream cheese with chives. Seriously its that good!

06.01.2022 Turns out the silly season is also the season of workshops! I'm so excited to be offering another workshop this Wednesday night. This one is all about bliss balls. Ill be sharing three of my favourite recipes with you, including a christmas flavoured one of course ;)... My cooking classes are a sensory experience. You'll get to smell, taste, see, touch ingredients so your whole body is involved as we create and eat together. You'll walk away with nutritional knowledge, a holistic approach to cooking and eating, you'll be empowered to make your own bliss balls at home using a basic formula which you can build off to create your own flavours. This class will be purely vegan, refined sugar free, gluten free, using organic produce. Perfect for beginners, and budding home chefs who want to deepen their knowledge of cooking for health and longevity, and experience some next-level flavour combinations that will make you melt in food heaven ecstasy. https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/christmas-bliss-ball-worksh
