04.01.2022 My Dear Yoga & Sound Therapy / Meditation Friends. In response to escalating concerns of many of my students, AND the multiple types of transmission of Corona Virus, for example 1. Being in close proximity; ... 2. Deep Breathing practices; 3. Hard surface life of the virus etc etc 4. The shortages of Hand & Surface sanitizers AND 5. For the safety of the many students I have who are immunocompromised, Kelv & I have decided to temporarily suspend Yoga Classes, and Sound Meditation Events, until further notice. Reducing your ‘unnecessary social outings’ will help to protect you & your families. I am not being alarmist. I just feel that this is the smart thing to do for you, and for me and my family. Please be as healthy, and as well as you can be. Get lots of sunshine & fresh air. Spend some quiet time in Mother Nature, Meditation & Prayer.
