11.01.2022 We truly believe that everyone should have access to the skills and knowledge to grow their own food regardless of income and to facilitate this we always reserve one quarter of all places in our Food growing for self sufficiency course to people in need for free. We are now taking expressions of interest from people who are struggling to pay the bills and/or feed the family for our 2021 program.
08.01.2022 We have been working hard this week on getting our aquaponics system and in ground market garden complete. The aquaponics system is all off grid with solar panel, timer and battery running the pump. Super pleased with the outcome thus far now to see how the well the fish and plants grow. We are still awaiting the arrival of the silver perch for the tanks but they should not be too far away now. Will keep you posted with progress.
