22.01.2022 Love this When Albert Einstein gave a lecture at the many universities in the United States, the recurring question that students did to him was: ...You Mr Einstein... Do you believe in God? What he always said: - I believe in Spinoza God. Only those who had read Spinoza understood... Spinoza had spent his life studying holy books and philosophy, one day he wrote: I don't know if God actually spoke but if He did, here's what I believe He would say to the believer: Stop praying and punching yourself in the chest! What I want you to do is go out in the world to enjoy your life. I want you to have fun, sing, educate yourself... enjoy everything I've done for you. Stop going to those dark cold temples that you built yourself and say this is my house! My house is in the mountains, woods, rivers, lakes. This is where I live with you and express my love for you. Stop accusing me of your miserable life, I never told you there was something wrong in you, that you were a sinner, that your sexuality or joy was a bad thing! So don't blame me for everything they told you to believe. Stop picking up sacred readings that have nothing to do with me. If you can't read me at dawn, in a landscape, in the eyes of your friend, your wife, your man, in your son's eyes... You won't find me in a book! Stop scaring yourself. I don't judge you, I don't criticize you, I don't come back angry and I don't punish. I am pure love... I filled you with passions, limitations, pleasures, feelings, needs, inconsistencies... and I gave you free will... How can I blame you if you answer something I put in you? How can I punish you for being who you are, if I'm the one who made you? Do you really think I could create a place to burn all my poorly behaved kids for the rest of eternity? What kind of God can do this? If I were so, I wouldn't deserve to be respected. If I just wanted to be worshipped, I would have populated the earth with dogs. .. Respect your fellow man and don't do what you don't want for yourself. All I ask is that you pay attention to your life, that your free will be your guide. You and nature make up one entity.... so don't believe you have power over it. You're part of her. Take care of her and she will take care of you. I put and made everything good for you accessible and made it difficult to access what is not. Don't put your genius to look for what's bad for this balance. It's up to you to keep that balance intact. Nature knows how to keep it very well, just don't trouble it! I made you absolutely free. You are absolutely free to create in your life a heaven or hell. I can't tell you if there's anything after this life, but I can give you some advice, Stop believing in me this way, Believing is supposed to guess, guess, imagine. I don't want you to believe in me, I want you to feel me in you. May you feel me in you when you take care of your sheep, when you approach your little girl, when you pet your dog, when you swim in the river.... Express your joy and get used to taking just what you need! The only thing for sure is that you are there, that you are alive, that this world is full of wonders... and that in all these wonders you are able to know exactly what you really need. 11.01.2022 Just had a great conversation with my husband about white privilege, and how it is different to racism, this video still sticks in my head from a few years ago. I have been doing a spiritual practice for the past 14 days, it involved no TV, no Facebook, no news at all, so I knew nothing of the events of the last week. What a terrible tragedy, this explains so well, the unseen difference of white priviledge. Well worth ten minutes of your time.

So funny exa...ctly what was happening in Satsang. Enjoy xx. Technical Support: Yes, how can I help you? Customer: Well, after much consideration, I’ve decided to install Love. Can you guide me through the process? Tech Support: Yes. I can help you. Are you ready to proceed? Customer: Well, I’m not very technical, but I think I’m ready. What do I do first? Tech Support: The first step is to open your Heart. Have you located your Heart? Customer: Yes, but there are several other programs running now. Is it okay to install Love while they are running? Tech Support: What programs are running? Customer: Let’s see, I have Past Hurt, Low Self-Esteem, Grudge, and Resentment running right now. Tech Support: No problem, Love will gradually erase Past Hurt from your current operating system. It may remain in your permanent memory but will no long disrupt other programs. Love will eventually override Low Self-Esteem with a module of its own called High Self-Esteem. However, you have to completely turn off Grudge and Resentment. Those programs prevent Love from being properly installed. Can you turn those off? Customer: I don’t know how to turn them off. Can you tell me how? Tech Support: With pleasure. Go to your start menu and select Forgiveness. Do this as many times as necessary until Grudge and Resentment have been completely erased. Customer: Okay, done! Love has started installing itself. Oops! I have an error message already. It says, Error- Program not run on external components. What should I do? Tech Support: Don’t worry. In nontechnical terms, it simply means you have to Love yourself before you can Love others. Pull down Self-Acceptance; then click on the following files: Forgive Self, Realize Your Worth, and Acknowledge Your Limitations. Customer: Got it. Hey! My heart is filling up with new files. Smile is playing on my monitor and Peace and Contentment are copying themselves all over my Heart. Is this normal? Tech Support: Yes, that means Love is installed and running. One more thing before we hang up. This Love program is freeware. You’re welcome to share it with others.

08.01.2022 Message from White Eagle, Hopi indigenous. This moment humanity is going through can now be seen as a portal and as a hole. The decision to fall into the hole ...or go through the portal is up to you. If you repent of the problem and consume the news 24 hours a day, with little energy, nervous all the time, with pessimism, you will fall into the hole. But if you take this opportunity to look at yourself, rethink life and death, take care of yourself and others, you will cross the portal. Take care of your homes, take care of your body. Connect with your spiritual House. When you are taking care of yourselves, you are taking care of everything else. Do not lose the spiritual dimension of this crisis; have the eagle aspect from above and see the whole; see more broadly. There is a social demand in this crisis, but there is also a spiritual demand -- the two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. But without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and lack of meaning. You were prepared to go through this crisis. Take your toolbox and use all the tools available to you. Learn about resistance of the indigenous and African peoples; we have always been, and continue to be, exterminated. But we still haven't stopped singing, dancing, lighting a fire, and having fun. Don't feel guilty about being happy during this difficult time. You do not help at all being sad and without energy. You help if good things emanate from the Universe now. It is through joy that one resists. Also, when the storm passes, each of you will be very important in the reconstruction of this new world. You need to be well and strong. And for that, there is no other way than to maintain a beautiful, happy, and bright vibration. This has nothing to do with alienation. This is a resistance strategy. In shamanism, there is a rite of passage called the quest for vision. You spend a few days alone in the forest, without water, without food, without protection. When you cross this portal, you get a new vision of the world, because you have faced your fears, your difficulties. This is what is asked of you: Allow yourself to take advantage of this time to perform your vision-seeking rituals. What world do you want to build for you? For now, this is what you can do -- serenity in the storm. Calm down, pray every day. Establish a routine to meet the sacred every day. Good things emanate; what you emanate now is the most important thing. And sing, dance, resist through art, joy, faith, and love."

02.01.2022 Yesterday, during Satsang, I was given a very clear directive to share. That we need to speak OUT LOUD to the universe. asking for what we desire, what we truly want. The information given was that the astral field (our thoughts, beliefs, patterns etc) is currently very congested and that we should speak out more. My desire is to be of service and to be more of my authentic self. What's yours?
