19.01.2022 Mental health is not a one tick solution. It takes a continuum of care, leaning in and understanding the needs of each person and each organisation. Building a safe culture that supports the Mental Health and well-being of its people does not stop at EAP. Yes we need a proactive EAP model and we also need to be thinking proactively, identifying solutions that meet where our people are at. We need to be thinking from a preventative stand point. Why focus on illness when you can focus on wellness.

18.01.2022 What a day, it makes such a difference when you have the blessing that you love what you do. A day of connection, meaningful conversations and care. People always say to me, you are always looking after others, who checks in on you. I am blessed to work with incredible people whom do just that. I was blessed with a surprise check in visit from one of our Work Happy partners, and check ins within our team. ... Remember, it isn’t just about today, this is everyday. Always take a moment to ask the question, connect and care, even in this world of remote working. From our Work Happy Team to yours, connect, check in, and make this part of your everyday dialogue Thank you Jit Mepani, Geraint Grech-Matthews, Sarah Kallon, Neri Tran-Huynh, Kara Atkinson #mentalhealth #wellbeing #work #team

10.01.2022 R u ok day today. The team at Work Happy have decided to wear yellow in acknowledgment. Remember it’s ok to not be ok. Just know there is always somewhere who cares and who can help. Remember it’s ok to ask the question if you can see that someone isn’t ok. This isn’t just about one day out of the year. This is about the other 364 days and it being part of our everyday norm. This has to be a natural culture of conversation in our workplaces and in our extended lives. Every person matters, every life matters, every experience matters. You matter!
