25.01.2022 There will be no meditation classes Monday June 8 due to the long weekend, but classes resume Tuesday June 9 in our studio from 7:15am and 6:30pm. Yay! 11.01.2022 We are great at putting on a show for the world. "Im Fine!" "Yeah, doing great!" Who really wants to hear that were actually not doing so good? And who really wants to tell that story? Trouble is, when we dont get to let these feelings be explored we can find ourselves in inner conflict and inner turmoil. Most of the suffering we experience in our lives is from our own creating, but it doesnt have to be that way. Meditation helps you to be honest with YOU. Explore those feelings. Feel those sensations. Thought is the language of the mind and feelings are the language of the body. Listening to the body and really feeling into the thoughts and feelings gives you a sense of balance and spaciousness so you can actually learn to let go of the happenings in life and begin to flow with happiness of life. The studio will be closed for Monday evening meditations tonight and resume Monday 28th September. Morning meditations will pause after Thursday 10th September resuming Tuesday 22nd September. Self love and care is soooo important! We often put ourselves at the end of the line and ensure everyone else around us gets our best, leaving little of ourselves for... the most important relationship in our lives...US! Please take time for you because YOU ARE WORTH IT! Let go of what you're holding that feels so important...if it's meant to be part of your life, it will wait. Let go of people, your job, relationships, expectations, wants, needs...let it all go and find rest, peace and solitude within YOU!
