14.01.2022 Hi Everyone! I wanted to share with you all a few of my favorite stretches and techniques for reducing lower back. Many of my clients suffer from pain in this region and often the cause is muscle weakness. Another recommendation on top of these stretches is to do strengthening exercises for the lower back. The simple act of walking for 30 minutes can begin to strengthen the lower back and reduce pain. 01.01.2022 Burnout has recently crept into my life and i wanted to share a bit about it. Over the years i have learnt the importance of resting, although it can be a major struggle to just stop, be still and rest. Burnout is a state of emotional, mental and physical exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. This occurs gradually and can leave you feeling overwhelmed, lacking in energy and feeling helpless. It is important to know the signs and acknowledge when you are starti...ng to burnout. In the busyness of today's society it is completely normal to feel overwhelmed but it is also becoming more vital to rest. If no action is taken when we are stressed, burnout can lead to weeks or months of necessary recovery time impacting our work lives negatively. Each person is different but many of the signs are the same. Check out this article to learn about burnout and how to prevent it. Take time for yourselves and schedule in regular relaxation sessions and mini vacations to destress.
