25.01.2022 Anchor Kids is a new group on the Central Coast for Children with Anxiety. In January we run a special program over four weeks on Wednesdays from 9:00-10:30 for 6-8 year olds and 11:00-12:30 for 9-11 year olds. There is only 4 - 6 spots per group. Anchor Kids is CBT based but also includes bottom-up techniques focusing on your child's sensory somatic preferences. Each child will make his/her own "calm me kit". The group will start on Wednesday 10 January 2018. The cost will be $130 for the 4 weeks. A four week follow up group will also be available in the first school term. 17.01.2022 For those who have already enrolled in the group. You can start to get ready for a time of fun as the ANCHOR KIDS group !!! Please come in old clothes as there will be paint involved. We will also make our own "Anchor boxes" Some items will be provided and some will be made to go into the Anchor box. The Anchor boxes will be filled with tools to help with self-regulation, relaxation & grounding. There are still places available in both groups. 11.01.2022 Anchor kids taking enrolments now for Term 1 2018. The groups will run on a Wednesday for 8 weeks from 3:45-4:45 (ages 6-8 ) and 4:45-5:45 (ages 9-11). Only small groups. Cost:$230. Early bird fee: $190. (due 19/01/2018. Please email Lindie at [email protected] for more information.
