17.01.2022 Stay Safe this Christmas 2020 is certainly going out with a bang. As everyone else is winding down for the year, we’re always ramping up.... Pre-2020 clubs and pubs would be bustling and security staff would all be on hand keeping the festive revellers safe. As our stomping ground turned into Australia’s newest hot-spot our staff showed further resilience again by quickly pivoting and stepping up to help as the flurry of urgent guard requests came flooding through. Guards were needed immediately to help run the safety at many of the testing centres and shopping centres and much more. So many of you have been working around the clock, and you have all been doing a stellar job. THANKYOU for keeping our community safe. 02.01.2022 While you were sleeping . Did you know we have a fleet of patrol cars on the road every night? . Ours cars leave head office in Frenchs Forest after their routine vehicle checks at 6pm for an action packed night of protection - all while you sleep.... . Here’s some of the things they get up to: Drive hundreds of kms back and forth crossing as wide as Ryde, south as Alexandria and north as Palm Beach (but the territory is always changing) . Lock up buildings . Walk people to their cars that are working late . Do random unscheduled patrols on multiple different homes and businesses to check they are safe and nothing is left unlocked . Do welfare checks on other guards that are working overnights under the Anchor brand to make sure they are doing ok. Ie - individual guards working on sites alone . Respond to alarm activations around Sydney. Quickly! So neighbours can keep sleeping soundly. If there is a security issue found, we have the manpower resources to keep the car run going and have another guard stay at the vulnerable site until assistance arrives . Unlock shopping centres and buildings so they are ready to trade. . Pull in and park when all is safe and done ready for everyone else to start the working day. .
