14.01.2022 It feels really important to me lately to find healthy ways to manage anxious feelings. I just discovered that geranium essential oil is an amazing ally for bringing calm to nervous tension. DTERRA’s geranium is super potent ang goes a long way as it is best diluted in fractionated coconut oil. You can use it in a perfume blend, put on an aromatic pendant or lava beads, add to a warm face cloth for a wash and gentle steam or simply diffuse....
