19.01.2022 His Excellency the Honourable Hieu van Le the Governor of South Australia about to enjoy a wonderful marron meal at the Marron Cafe. Just prior to the Harriet Road look for the sign on the Playford Highway and a similar sign on the South Coast Road at Vivonne Bay.

The business has been sold to a progressive Chinese company but as a Kangaroo Island Tourist Destination it will continue in the normal way offering the unique and renowned 3 in 1 experiences with current staff continuing and the Marron Cafe still offering one of the best meals on Kangaroo Isalnd. All Kangaroo Island rumours that it will be closed down are Completely False. The new owners have plans to build on John’s work and take it to the next level as they say.
