22.01.2022 Bloody hell... what a cracker of a couple of weeks. Not many photos but lots of time spent on the phone with new customers. Screen in for a front main seal, airbag on a Mack, t909 with new front diff pump catching just in time I think, pinion seal, moffit maintenance, major service on rural fire ute and truck, with ute booked in for a transmission over haul, steering repairs on the old shorty cruiser bull catcher, clutch in an old international and finding cracked flywheel, s...ite work on good old crusher, transmission service and flush on another 200 series land cruiser...... Not to much we don’t cover at ANDERSON DIESEL SERVICE. Got steering pump on bobcat, kingpin repairs, air system fault, transfer case overhaul, injectors on a dozer, steering pack on dozer, fuel pump repairs, 3 major services, rear main and possible bearing roll, tractor clutch booked in for the rest of the week..... plus what ever break downs thrown our way. 21.01.2022 End of a couple of big weeks with subbying some jobs out. We have officially started our contract in the coal mines up Middlemount. It's going to be a busy 6 months up there with it only being myself on site looking after 20+ bits of gear doing all servicing component rebuilds and change outs. Really excited to see where this leads..... The boys have been run flat in town. Bens just not real good with cameras . Sorry to everyone who has tried to get a hold of me, crap service and real strict on no phones on site. but will return all calls.

21.01.2022 Best decision I ever made was having Ben Anderson as a business partner. Somone with the same work ethic as yourself and same passion for this trade.. These boys are killing it in town. 19.01.2022 Hopeless with photos but a 13z engine rebuild on its way. Block and head in getting tested and machined.

18.01.2022 A lot of big jobs these last couple of weeks. With a lot of big weeks coming up. Hitch, dog bone, dipper rod re pin and Bush, spool bank re-seal, service. Repairs and service on Volvo digger. Fuel issue diagnostic on the 972k loader with failed pump. Another 623g majors repairs ready for Bowen basin contract. Front cab mounts, rocker cover gasket, service and trunnion repairs. Jaw removal on the MCCloskey j50c, valve set on 623g. Old school re-line of the drake quad float wit...h re riveting shoes with the price of complete shoes being threw the roof, re seal suspension rams on the float at the same time. Service on the big v8 Scania with detailed check over. Failed diff lock causing major repairs with hole in diff centre housing, new centre been fitted. Also axel swap and clutch in a ute and what ever else that has been done of the last couple of weeks. We can’t Thankyou all enough for all the support. 18.01.2022 Couple of jobs from past couple of weeks. Plenty happening at the moment.

17.01.2022 Another big week for ADS. Tractor clutch, service on 200 series, fuel issue on d4d with quick diagnosis after opening fuel cap and a release of pressure... straight to the fuel tank breather. Steering pack in an old dozer with the steering pack drums not in good conditions causing the teeth the fail. Service on the big v8 Scania, service on the Mack, valve bank re-seal and finding master pin on both tracks walking out, complete service on both Volvo digger and Volvo moxy . We are very lucky at ADS on the variety of work we get. We love being able to please all our customers in very small and strict time frames. #doitoncedoitright #andersondieselservice

14.01.2022 200 series in for a torque convert lock up. Transmission service and flush. 3406 with pump repair and diagnosis with seized injector causing over pressure on pump injection system. Parts to come. C15 A-cert for a valve setting for Todd Warren @ Warren haulage. With a few tight valves. Just got feedback on the difference the correct valve setting has made to the truck.

12.01.2022 Well here is A.D.S 02..... I would like to welcome Ben Anderson to ANDERSON DIESEL SERVICE. Not just as my work mate but my business partner also. Ben brings a very wide range of knowledge coming from 7 years dealership experience with huge diagnostic and fault finding skills on all makes models and engines. To then running several workshops in Brisbane with massive experience in hydraulics, electronic over hydraulic systems e.g. e.w.p, giraffes, towers, mulches etc. make sure to give us a wave when you see us around and feel free to get in touch for any questions and any diesel needs. 12.01.2022 Another awsome week from the boys. Transmission Fault repair on the jcb backhoe, service on the 12t Kobelco digger, transmission R&R on the k200, service and repairs on one of the moxy, hydraulic faults on the cat skidder with main pump at the end of its day with 18000hr on machine, re seal spool bank on it. Hose replacements on dpc moxy, few more jobs done on the service trailer, steering pump overhaul on the Komatsu d60 dozer, pinion seal for @M&M, maintenance on Harris transport aerodyne. Full suspension over haul on another truck and lots of other jobs I can’t think of. Thankyou to all the locals for your support ANDERSON DIESEL SERVICE Do it once do it right

11.01.2022 Couple of jobs from the week. Front main seal, timing cover gasket, Horton fan overhaul on the t408 for a new customer of ours. Fit out 2 diffs with diff lock kits. We removed centres with the axles, housing being diff lock ready but previous owner has put new centres in that where not diff lock ready.... stitch up. Order a few more parts and happy days. Service on cat bobcat and hyster forklift, repairs on hyd pump. Prado with low oil pressure fault as you can see by the photo the sludge of carbon built up in the sump.

10.01.2022 Well it’s finally done.... toyota 13z rebuild for an awesome Customer and good friends of ours. This old Toyota forklift got a mid life. Full engine rebuild, sand blast and paint, customs exhaust. Runs like a blood dream and back to work for another 30 years. Video in comments. #doitoncedoitright

09.01.2022 Few big jobs these last 2 weeks. Axel group swap, tranny swap. Also clutch replacement. Tranny faults on moxy with 10000hr service, front mains, water pumps, electrical faults in k200. Diff rebuild coming up in the moxy water cart. Been middlemount and back. Stacker no start diagnose and repair, lots o touch up jobs for Warren haulage.

06.01.2022 What a week last week was. From Maryborough to miles. Miles to Middlemount. Middlemount to Bundy and home for a day off Sunday. Big week on earthmoving an quarry equipment. From electronic gremlins in one Of the crushers with canbus plug having twisted pins causing belt to stop and pulling the jaw up mid crush for a valued client needing crusher going asap, to overhauling jaw rams in another crusher, to snapped exhaust manifold studs in a moxy, load rollers and injector on a ...d60p that wasn’t firing as it had snapped retaining ring off the injector spring allowing injector plunger to stay at firing position and not returning, seized fuel pump in a mini digger, electrical fault in a cat roller shorting battery terminals out, selector valve body on a jcb backhoe. Plenty of others big jobs on the go at the moment. 06.01.2022 We have been absolutely pumped these last few weeks. Atrtic repair on 740 moxy, service, with full sand and paint. Axel change outs, service and wheel seals, steering repairs on 740 moxy, clutch replacement on the side of the hi-way, hyd pump replacement, power pack box replacement and re-wire, re shim all steering, replacement g.e.t, hoses and list of other repairs on the 623g And couldn’t tell you what bens been up to.

Ram re seals on Moffett, flywheel housing oil leaks from odd places, valve bank reseals, power steering box input seal and turbo replacement on Unimog, ride height valve on crate trailer, and simple relay valve retro fit on old scania, and fuel pump removal to replace drive shaft oil seal on Hino HR pantech

03.01.2022 Couple of photos from last week. Ben and I have been working 7days straight for the past couple of months trying to keep up with it all. We really do cover all your needs. Pump rebuild due to swash plate bearing failure, turbo replacement on MP8, steer pack on the old faithful fiat dozer, idler replacement of the 30t Volvo, hyd repairs on the loader, re-lines, fuel system repairs, oil coolers, gearbox replacement on zd30, service and very in detail check over (like everything we touch) for Todd Warren before his big trip to Darwin as a road train combo, full service with wheel bearings, spring eyes bushes and few other repairs on the patrol ute. We are still flat getting those scrapers ready for work that are heading north up to the coal fields in the Bowen basin. We are thankful to all our customers and their support.

03.01.2022 You know was a bit worried with the corona virus and just starting up business. Had a quiet week there and I thought to myself look out...... but who would have though from that quiet week to being absolutely run off our feet for the past 2 weeks. Haven’t even had time to take many. Next week looking bloody good to. Just like to thank everybody who has backed ANDERSON DIESEL and our new customers that have come on board. Hope everyone is doing well threw this tough time and support all local business as much as possible.

02.01.2022 Well I thought as I haven’t posted anything on here I might share a bit of what’s been going on over the past couple of months. From engine rebuilds, to hydraulic pump rebuilds, working down Brisbane for a couple of days doing a clutch and heap of other jobs for a large company, major servicing on tractors, dozers, trucks, excavators, water pumps on c15 a certs, 3 clutches in the last 2 week, 4wd servicing and repairs, cotton pickers, engine work on cat c32 mounted in cruise boat heading over to W.A, main pump r&r on a 621B scraper, diagnostics and repairs on bobcats and the list goes on... Just like to thank all our loyal customers and new customers that have come on board and supported ANDERSON DIESEL SERVICE over the past couple of months, we really do appreciate it and will continue to give the same a1 service each and every time.
