25.01.2022 Happy Carrot Cake Day (for yesterday) to my hero! The man behind the tools, Craig Anderson. I am so proud of the brave step we took 6 years ago to start our own business. We have mainly survived on ‘word of mouth’ for this time and that is all because of this guy! His honesty, dedication, craftsmanship and just being an all round good guy! Happy Birthday to you my love.

17.01.2022 I love food so thought this might be of interest and inspire some others. This takes about 30-40 minutes by the time I cook the skewers in the frying pan and finish them off in the oven. Skewers are made by Jim at Millers Gourmet Meats at Mackenzie Row. I buy the quinoa pre-cooked and sold in a pouch from Aldi (I haven't found it like this anywhere else) and I just need to heat it in the microwave and then add to the veges. I used zucchini, spinach, sprig onion, parsley and ...mint (salt and pepper) in this one. Plated and then finished it all off with a drizzle of Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce).
