07.01.2022 We are holding a free 40 minute online martial arts inspired exercise class tomorrow afternoon (16/04/2020), at 5:30pm on Zoom. If you are interest, send me an email to [email protected] with your contact details (phone number, name or email), to send you the invitation. If you can't make it tomorrow, just contact me and I will keep you in mind for the next class. As we intend to run them on a regular basis. The class does not require any specific props or training gear an...d is able to be done in your lounge room in front of your computer or mobile device. All you need to do is down load a copy of the Zoom app to the device remembering to choose the appropriate operating system. I can then send you the invitation before the class tomorrow and you can logon around 10 minutes prior to the start time of the class. We held one today and it was fun, but hard work.
