23.01.2022 This superbly designed and built outdoor entertaining area is a key feature to this home, with an in-built pool, a dedicated pool house and tiled undercover patio area this is the ultimate family entertaining backyard. We constructed the pool with inbuilt steps and a swim out beside the spa, both were finished in a blue mosaic tile with internal lights throughout to amplify that beautiful blue colour. We continued the theme from the front façade with the arc...hed dental fretwork around the undercover area of the patio as well as weatherboard feature wrapping around the entire house. We used bi-fold doors to the pool house to create that connection to the yard and patio, but also allowing for natural light to flood through throughout this room. 21.01.2022 Project update: Cape Schanck Happy to have started our new project on the Mornington Peninsula. Just got our building permit and we're straight onto it. In preparation we have completed some vegetation removal, and site set up. Now commencing some preliminary demolition on the interior. Another exciting project to show you all.

21.01.2022 A kitchen is a statement piece, you spend more time in here than any other in the house, so why not make it functional and stylish. We decided to contrast the clean white lines throughout the home and in the kitchen with engineered rustic oak timber floor at add some warmth. The bench tops and splash backs are Caesarstone Topus Concrete with "Shaker Style" Dulux 'Lexicon Quarter' 2PAC paint doors and drawers. Shaker cabinetry doors work in both a cl...assic, country style kitchen as well as a modern, contemporary kitchen setting. The recessed panels are either beveled or plain to create a certain style quite simple with an open plan style design. Despite the restrictions of 5 workers onsite the job has progressed very well and still on schedule. A massive thanks to Scotty (site foreman) and the Anderson Homes boys onsite as well as all our contractors and suppliers for being flexible and patient in these difficult times.

18.01.2022 Deepdene update: Our external scaffold came down this week marking the completion of the rendering and roofing. Internally plaster is being hung down stairs and painters have completed their undercoat upstairs which has allowed our flooring to be laid upstairs as well. Hopefully Mr Andrews will be kind to us all on Sunday afternoon so we can get back to full noise in the coming weeks. ... Stay safe
