24.01.2022 The Blue Mountains are simply spectacular! Most of the walking tracks around Katoomba and Wentworth are open. Apart from the smoke from a nearby fire, I didn’t see any destruction from the recent bushfires. 21.01.2022 Mind reading runs in the family I highly recommend everyone getting a ticket. I’m going to be watching Monday 8pm (Sydney Time) which I believe is 11am UK time- it’s limited to 4 households so it’s going to be very interactive. We’ve been been using zoom the last few years and he always blows my mind. I know this isn’t going to be any different!

07.01.2022 This week has been a tough one for me but I’m so grateful I’ve put in the work. Several years ago I was diagnosed with anxiety and It seemed that the smallest thing could cause chaos and I know I’d have struggled tremendously to cope this year. One daily habit I’ve tried to incorporate into my life is meditation. It’s one of those skills that might seem frivolous at the time but if you put in just 10 minutes a day the effects can be quite profound.
