25.01.2022 ~ New website ~ As you maybe aware during Covid 19 I completely closed my studio and haven’t been active on social media. I decided to take the time for me; I have rested, I have strengthened my own practice, I have meditated, and I have stayed in close contact with my own teachers. ... I journeyed internally to nurture myself and I am so grateful for this time to be able to do this. It’s not very often we get permission to stop and be, with no pressure or feeling of guilt while doing just that. It has been absolutely wonderful. Apart from working on myself I have been very busy working on my new website through out this pandemic and it is so very close to going live. This in itself has been a journey. I can not wait to share my website with you all. At this stage I am unsure when I’ll be opening up the yoga studio: my first and foremost thought is everyone’s health and safety and as a boutique studio I am unable to put the social distancing practices into place for more than 2 people. So I will potentially wait until Spring. As for energy healings they will most likely come back first and I will be honoring all gift certificates regardless of expiry dates. So until then I will occasionally tease you with snippets of my new website. I am most grateful for your continued support.
