We all have our own emotional response to change; the challenge is that not all of us ‘wear our heart on our sleeve’. It is easy to pick up on emotions when the person openly displays how they are feeling. But not everyone does this about half the population controls their emotions. They might be what you would call the ‘poker face’ group.
