25.01.2022 Oh hi there. Heres me awkwardly standing in front of the arbour before Elle and Michaels ceremony while Sandra of @whitelanestudio tests the lighting. Before your ceremony kicks off, I will do whatever needs to be done to help out (once Im set up and good to go of course). This includes, but is not limited to handing out petal cones, making sure the groom and any likely to be emotional guests have tissues, wrangling your guests to where they need to be ...and make sure all your VIPs are seated right up the front, grab you a glass of water (or something stronger if thats whats required), remove any obstacles or unsightly items from the ceremony area and of course, be an awkward test subject for your photographer. In this case resembling the floral arrangements was purely coincidental and cannot be guaranteed. I got you. 22.01.2022 "So many of us choose to get married at beautiful venues that make the most of the natural surrounds. Yes, were bloody blessed here in Australia. And with this privilege also comes the oft-forgotten fact that the country that were wedding on has traditional Indigenous Australian custodians." I always encourage my couples to include an Acknowledgement of Country at the beginning of their ceremony. I do this first up, before we begin. I have a variety of different wordings to choose from - some brief and some far more detailed depending on the couples wishes and connection with the subject. I honestly believe there is no good excuse for not including one in your ceremony. Thank you Wedshed for creating this much needed resource.

22.01.2022 TESTIMONIAL "Andrea walked us through every step of the wedding process and made it seem so simple! 21.01.2022 Feels so good to be rehearsing again. Libby and Chris were due to get married on the 28th March, the first weekend of lockdown. Six months and a change of location later, they will finally be wed next week in the gorgeous Column Garden at @centparklands with a reception at @thecentennialhomestead . #sydneycelebrant #sydneywedding #centennialparkwedding #springwedding #parkwedding #centennialpark #marriagecelebrantsydney

21.01.2022 LOVE IS IN THE AIR There's nothing like a (good) wedding to get people in a loved up mood. 21.01.2022 Can you guess what interrupted us mid-ceremony right when Laura and Matt were making their vows? (swipe to find out) He squawked so loud and continued to do so throughout the remainder of the ceremony at the most inappropriate times that all we could do was laugh. Luckily Laura and Matt are great sports and took it all in their stride. I always talk about the unplanned moments becoming part of the story you tell about your day. I'm sure this feathered gat...ecrasher will achieve mythic status as he features in Laura and Matt's retelling of their wedding day for many years to come. 21.01.2022 SHIRLEY + VINCENT // When it comes to personality, Shirley and Vincent are total opposites... Shirley likes to spend. Vincent likes to save. Shirley is outgoing and extroverted. Vincent prefers to sit back and take things in.... Shirley likes to make new friends. Vincent sticks with the same old crowd. You would never survive a season on the block and have agreed that it is best that you watch Netflix separately, but you wouldnt have it any other way. They say that opposites attract and in the case of Shirley and Vincent, that is totally true. It was such a delight to work with them to create a ceremony that reflected them both as individuals and as a couple. Read more: https://tinyurl.com/y9jy9d94 "Andrea was fantastic in the lead up to the wedding, taking careful time to answer every question we had and ran through the entire process of the ceremony/marriage legalities in every detail, even taking the time out to visit our home for it all. Her talks during the ceremony were engaging and funny! Could not be happier and would highly recommend to a friend." SHIRLEY "In the lead up I appreciate the time taken to explain every detail carefully, even re-enacting the day and visiting our home for the meetings. On the day, our answers to Andreas questionnaire about our lives were so well put together and made to be humorous, serious where need be and engaging for the crowd as well. Andrea conducted the crowd well on the day leading up to the ceremony and was more than self-sufficient allowing me to not worry about a thing on the day." 19.01.2022 Just today I very happily signed up for another year as part of team Wedshed and this is one of the reasons why... When Covid hit they kicked into gear straight away to support both couples and those of us in the industry. Theyve essentially done all the hard work and thinking for us and put together some excellent resources to help couples through this tough time. Today they updated their Covid info with a state-by-state breakdown of the latest restrictions and regulations which is much easier to navigate than the government websites (thank you!). Plus they have a heap of other wonderful articles to help and inspire couples to either create or postpone their Covid wedding. Check out the below and then put Covid into the search bar for the rest of the info.

19.01.2022 JEFF + SCOTT // May you continue to spend your days and nights cuddled up on the couch with each other, Buddy, a cup of tea and a good book. May you continue to enjoy the outdoors - walking the coast, playing tennis and golf or taking a refreshing dip in the ocean. May you someday buy the French chateaux that youve dreamed of - its actually probably more achievable than the Sydney house market at the moment, so I think youre onto something there. ... Or perhaps youll find yourselves living up the coast on a beach acreage with lots of animals and a couple of kids running around. But even if youre still in Sydney yelling at traffic and complaining about how expensive it all is, I know as long as youre together, you will be just fine. 19.01.2022 AMANDA & DYLAN // Everyone knows that one of the first true tests of a relationship is a trip to IKEA and the putting together of flat-pack furniture that inevitably follows. Well, Amanda and Dylan had passed that test before theyd even met, as it was amongst the maze of shelves, boxes, allen keys and Swedish meatballs that they first met. They were friends at first and shared many informal Maccas drive-thru dinner dates after working late together. When Dylan realised he w...as starting to have feelings for Amanda, he thought he better step it up and asked her out for a proper date, and thats how it all began. "Andrea exceed our expectations in every way! She really got to know us through meeting us and getting our answers to her questionnaire and ultimately put together a ceremony that was so very us! She did such a wonderful job of telling our story and creating a vibe that was exactly what we wanted. Andrea is extremely warm and friendly, and the incredible ceremony she put together for us definitely reflected that. We cant thank Andrea enough for how beautiful and special she made our day!" 19.01.2022 Carmarlena and Aaron met while waiting for a taxi after a night out. They got chatting, realised they were going in the same direction and decided to split a cab. On the ride home they continued chatting - it was so easy and there was definitely an attraction. When they reached Carmarlenas place they said goodbye, she jumped out and Aaron continued on home. They didnt share names let alone numbers. That should have been that, but the universe had other ideas and over the co...ming months kept putting them in the same place at the same time until. Each time they bumped into each other they enjoyed a friendly chat and got to know each other a little better. When these serendipitous encounters continued they realised they couldnt ignore the signs anymore and agreed to go on a date. Next week they will be married in a seaside location at Palm Beach followed by a reception at @mobydickswhalebeach Today we rehearsed what it going to be a really special ceremony surrounded by their loved ones. Such a great story. I cant wait to tell it on their wedding day. #palmbeachwedding #serendipity #almostmarried See more

18.01.2022 I wrote a thing for Less Stuff - More Meaning about a ceremony I was part of last year. Lauren and Scotts approach to marriage epitomises everything I stand for and the way I approach my work. Everything about their wedding was based on their core values of country, community, friends and family. Check it out... its pretty spesh.

17.01.2022 LET'S MEET UP I offer a few days and ways to meet up for an obligation-free chat about your ceremony. We can do a quick catch up over Zoom or in-person over a beverage of your choice. Personally, I prefer in-person meetings. They just feel more natural, but they're not always convenient so Zoom is still better than booking blind. (Although I met quite a few pooches and pussy-cats over Zoom in 2020 which was a pretty good consolation.) Meetings are very r...elaxed - a chance to get a feel for each other and for me to explain what's involved and answer any questions you may have. All of my in-person first meetings take place in Marrickville. If you're not local, it's well worth a visit. I'll even recommend somewhere to grab a bite to eat after we've had a chat. Once you've booked I will generally come to you for follow-up meetings (if you're in Sydney). I love seeing you in your natural environment - it helps me get to know you and it's a lot quieter and more private for when we get into the nitty-gritty of ceremony planning. All my meeting dates and times are available to view and book online. See link in my bio. Tuesday evenings via Zoom Wednesday evenings at @wheresnick (great wine and cocktails) Saturdays at @matineecoffee (great coffee, food and they do booze too) And if none of these times work for you, don't stress. Just let me know and we'll work out something that suits. Note I'm away on holidays until the 10th Jan so all meetings commence the week after that. See more

17.01.2022 PRE-CEREMONY PEP TALK Before your ceremony I make sure I say hi, tell you how amazing you look, help you put on your buttonhole or remind you to pop your engagement ring on the other hand, stick a tissue in your jacket pocket, give you an update on whats going on with the guests, give directions for your entrance (if youre making one) and just generally make you feel relaxed, ready and that youre in the best possible hands. I got this! ... Photo by the super talented @jamiemurcutt from Jeff and Scotts wedding at @pieroneweddings. 17.01.2022 Doing wedding Kombis before it was a thing. Yesterday marked ten years of marriage with this guy. We never liked Valentines Day so getting married the day before always felt a bit rebellious. Having Kombis instead of traditional wedding cars and a cocktail party instead of a sit-down dinner also felt rebellious. How times change. It was an amazing day and Id do it all again in a heartbeat. #anniversary #decade

17.01.2022 After almost 7 years of helping couples get hitched Im chuffed to have one of my weddings appear in print (in @hellomaymagazine no less!) for the first time. Mo and Cam eloped (no guests - the real deal) in the Royal National Park last year. 17.01.2022 I can't think of a better way to spend my birthday than brunch with friends, dinner with the fam and a little @weekday_wedded_bliss elopement squeezed in between. It was a pleasure to spend the first sunny day in a while with Sarah and René and their three beautiful children. They were meant to wed on Tuesday, but when Monday rolled around and the forecast was looking very very sketchy we made the call to try and change the date. It was no mean feat - photographer, hotel, par...k permit, hair and makeup, babysitter and witnesses all had to be changed or rearranged in a matter of hours. But boy was it worth it to see these two say "I do" in the sun. 16.01.2022 WHERE DO I STAND? AND WHY? The answer to this question is... lots of places, and it depends. Traditionally the officiant stands between the couple with the couple facing each other or with their backs to their guests. This approach does not work for my style of ceremony.... So for the majority of your ceremony I prefer to stand to the side. This allows the two of you to stand as close as your hearts desire and facing your guests so they can see your beautiful faces and you can see their loving smiles beaming back at you. If you have a small wedding party, I will stand on the end of one side. If you have a large wedding party, I will shuffle in beside one of you. Being to the side allows me to easily speak to you as well as to your guests. It just feels so much more natural. No one is there to see me! I only move to the centre for the parts where you need the mic - the asking, vows and rings. Then I get the hell out of there before you have your kiss (you definitely don't want a third wheel in that shot!) 14.01.2022 Fun fact: I am a morning person. So sunrise weddings are a-ok with me. In fact, I absolutely love them. Yes, I have to wake up in the dark, but the anticipation of the new day combined with the excitement of a loved up couple about to say "I do" is just magic. This is a little sunrise elopement I was part of for @weekday_wedded_bliss. Dale and Kyle are from Chicago. When they couldn't make it home for their wedding as planned they decided to tie the knot anyway, at... their new home of Bondi Beach. The sunrise (on a Monday!) timing worked perfectly for their families tuning in (on Sunday night) from the US. Thanks for getting me out of bed and down to the beach at the crack of dawn Dale and Kyle. I loved being part of your wedding Plan B. 13.01.2022 Featured on Wedshed blog today... the wedding of Steph and James at Mali Brae Farm and captured by my girl Samantha Heather Photography. I have so many fond memories of this day! From arriving to find Steph still in her robe eating peanut butter on toast - so chill (and quite clever actually), to one of the bridesmaids tripping on her way down the aisle, but totally saving face by clicking her fingers and sashaying the rest of the way leaving all the guests in stitches - the accidentally perfect way to set the tone for what was a genuine and heartwarming ceremony.

13.01.2022 Pure joy! Rain on their wedding day was never going to get these two down. Ash and Kalim took the time to research and invest in quality vendors for their wedding which meant when things didn’t go quite to plan on the day, they knew we all had it under control, could adapt quickly, and all they had to do was rock up and enjoy the ride. ... 13.01.2022 You can’t see it under the mask but this is me with a big grin on my face as I leave my first ceremony in almost three months! When we went into lockdown I went into hitcher’s hibernation. It’s been a tough slog, but this week I had lots to celebrate (and don’t we all need something to celebrate right now?) On Tuesday I had my second Pfizer jab, on Friday I celebrated surviving 10 weeks of remote learning and today I got to help Amber and Andrea (yep another Andrea) tie the knot. Things are looking up!

13.01.2022 What a wild ride this year has been. I’ll be taking some time out over the next couple of weeks to regroup, relax and reflect. There will be lots of UNO games, kitchen dance parties, swims in the ocean and copious amounts of yummy food. Wherever you find yourself this Christmas I hope you are surrounded by loved ones of one kind or another and are enjoying all the things that you love most.... To all my 2020 couples thank you for showing me that joy was indeed possible amidst the turmoil. Your resilience, determination, flexibility and creativity was inspiring. And to all my 2021 couples, I can’t wait to create magic with you soon. See you on the flip side. Photo: @olguinphotography

12.01.2022 Im usually the one handing out the certificates, but last week I received a certificate of my own. After the reality of Covid set in and I realised my wedding work was on hold for the foreseeable future, I took the opportunity to do something that Ive wanted to do for years but have never been able to fit in with work and family life. And so now after 13 weeks of study and practice I now know my sartorius from my salabhasana and can officially call myse...lf a certified yoga teacher. The course with @powerliving was incredible and really fit with my approach to yoga. Funnily enough, its pretty much the same approach I have to marriage. Its not about how the pose/wedding looks (no insta yogis or pinterest perfection here), its about your intention and the alignment of your body and mind/beliefs and value. You cant win marriage or yoga - each is a daily practice; a path full of highs and lows, twists and turns, frustrations and elations. They both take commitment and hard work, but can be incredibly rewarding. I also learned some great pranayama (breathing techniques) which I plan to use for myself (to help centre and energise me before weddings) and for my couples (to help calm their nerves). Of course, this does not mean Im a yoga expert. In fact, doing this training has shown me just how much more there is to learn. I am also absolutely terrified of teaching my first class, just like I was terrified about my first ceremony, but I know thats all part of the journey. Thank you to my teachers @yogidunx, @radiantday and @troysplayground and to my old friend and past bride @t.u.l.a.y.o.g.a for the words of encouragement. Special thanks also goes to little miss for balancing out my cheesiness with her cuteness for this pic. Namaste See more

12.01.2022 1, 2, 3 T E Q U I L A ! Nothing says I love you and Im committed to doing life with you than doing a shot of tequila together right? Ok, maybe not for everyone, but Libby and Nathan loved the idea and even got their wedding party in on the action. Libbys favourite way to drink tequila is with orange and cinnamon so thats exactly what we had served to the newlyweds on the day.... The tequila to represent Nathan - strong and confident, and full of warmth. The orange to represent Libby - bright, sweet and with a zest for life. And the cinnamon to represent passion, protection and prosperity making it the perfect pinch of spice required for a good marriage. Yum! 12.01.2022 Well, the inevitable has happened. Weddings have are now limited to 5 people only. This includes the two of you, your celebrant and two witnesses. If you want a photographer there, they must be one of your witnesses. This applies to both indoor or outdoor ceremonies. This is tough on couples and on all wedding vendors, but I have no doubt that its the right thing to do given the circumstances. If you planned to get married in the coming ... you still have options. And its important to remember that getting married and having a wedding are two separate things and dont have to happen at the same time. 1. Postpone Postpone the whole shebang for a time when things are back to normal and its safe to celebrate the way you always wanted to. Hug, kiss, dance close and enjoy your wedding without a Carona-shaped cloud hovering above you and your guests. 2. Marry, party later. Have a simple legals-only ceremony now and postpone your reception. You can still even have a full ceremony (minus legals) at your "wedding" performed by your celebrant or even a friend or family member. 3. Elope Just stick to a simple ceremony and be done with it. If you want to document the day to share with loved ones later, get a really great photographer and videographer on board (they can be your witnesses). If youre considering this option I am happy to help. You can also check out my side-biz @weekday_wedded_bliss where we specialise in exactly this type of ceremony. For all my couples facing this predicament, youll hear from me today to chat and answer your questions. And any couples - already booked or brand new - can call me anytime on 0422 460 164 to chat. 11.01.2022 Things are slowly (sloooowly) starting to pick up in wedding world which is a huge relief. It breaks my heart every time one of my couples has had to postpone (some now on their second postponement). I cant wait to get back to normal, but for now we must continue to be patient, stay safe and be content looking back on gorgeous weddings like Clara and Sophies (captured by @martinepaynephotography). This was one of my favourites of last year before bushfires, floods and glob...al pandemics. Take me back! Heres what they had to say... . "We wanted to send a huge thank you for an incredible ceremony on Saturday. We really loved it and felt it perfectly captured the tone and style we wanted. You held the room so well and our friends and family have all said that it was the best and most moving ceremony they have ever seen. You welcomed everyone to the space beautifully and the whole thing ran so smoothly. We are so thrilled and so happy that we chose you to marry us." - CLARA & SOPHIE . 11.01.2022 It was touch and go there for a bit, but we did it! Carmen and Frankie overcame many Covid caused obstacles to tie the knot today. First they had to get Carmen’s mum here from China. She finally arrived last month and was more than happy to do hotel quarantine if it meant seeing her daughter get married. And then this week they lost a third of their guests due to the current restrictions in Sydney. I know everyone has been affected by Covid in some way or another but at the... end of the day it still sucks. I’m so glad Carmen and Frankie persevered and went ahead with their wedding. It was a tough decision to make but seeing them so happy today makes it all worth it. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Lau! #bendooleyestate #bendooleywedding #southernhighlandswedding

10.01.2022 Please vote for me in my local business awards. Awards aren't really my thing, but I'm really proud of how my little biz has grown over the past eight years so thought I'd throw my hat in the ring in 2021. If you're a past couple, a venue or vendor I have worked with, or if you've been a guest at one of my weddings and enjoy what I do it'd mean the world to me if you would vote.... Thank you! 10.01.2022 SIGNING THE PAPERWORK If you get ready separately, signing your marriage paperwork is often the first moment you have a chance to take a deep breath and have a chat and an excited giggle between yourselves. Your wedding day goes by so fast and you'd be surprised how little time you actually get to spend together. That is why I always tell my couples to make the most of this few minutes to themselves. After you've signed, don't wander back towards your ...guests (that can get out of hand quickly, trust me). Instead stay next to or behind the table as your witnesses sign and enjoy a brief but beautiful moment to yourselves. Stare into each other's eyes basking in that "we just got married!" feeling or take a look around at all the special people who you've invited to share this special moment with. Sam and Nathan took my advice and just look how happy they are. Also, how cute are their mums? 08.01.2022 GOT THE GIGGLES // Thats the risk you take when you let me surprise you with your ceremony. You just cant beat the genuine feels (and facials) that come with hearing the words for the first time. Its not for everyone (if not reading your script before the day will cause you anxiety, then just read it - it will still be beautiful on the day). Courtney and Jeff were up for it and heres what they had to say...... "We cant thank you enough for setting the tone at the ceremony - it was truly our favourite part of the day. One of our guests said to me the other day that She (you) was totally the best! Id get married just to have her!!. I could not agree more and would do the ceremony again in a heart beat." - COURTNEY & JEFF Venue: Sydney Park Photographer: @lukefletcherphoto Bouquet: @theflowergemsydney Styling: @lovesickweddings #sydneyparkwedding # #sydneycelebrant #marriagecelebrantsydney #celebrant #marriagecelebrant #sydneymarriagecelebrant #weddingcelebrantsydney #sydneyweddingcelebrant #hellomaymagazine #hellomay #lessstuffmoremeaning #wedshed #mindfullywed #thecelebrantsociety #gotthegiggles #accreviews @ Sydney Park See more

08.01.2022 Rachel, do you take Austin to be your husband? Do you accept that Austins first love will always be Aresenal Football Club (he claims its platonic)? And do you accept that Austin will point out every single vintage car and every single animal he sees, everywhere you go, all over the world, for the rest of your life? Rachel: I do ... 07.01.2022 Wow, what a week. What a year! No one could have imagined the curve-ball 2020 would throw at us and how COVID-19 would affect every single person across the globe. With hundreds of weddings planned every weekend across the country, there are understandably many couples having very difficult conversations and having to make very difficult decisions right now. I youre getting married with me from now until the end of August you will have already received an email from me outli...ning your options. Many couples are choosing to postpone or to go ahead with much smaller guest lists. Some are cancelling and choosing to elope instead. At this stage, if your wedding abides by whatever government restrictions are in place at the time, everyone is fit and healthy and agrees to practice safe social distancing practices, I will be there. At the moment I am focusing on my couples due to be married in the next two weeks. As the situation develops I will be getting in touch with all my 2020 couples to check in, see where theyre at and answer any questions. In the meantime I want all my couples to know I feel you, Im here for you, and I will support you in every way I can. Lets hope we can get back to celebrating love without this scary shadow looming over us very soon. Be careful and be kind. Andrea x #wegotyou

06.01.2022 YIN & KEVIN // The first time Kevin tried to propose to Yin, she fell asleep in the time he got up and left the room to get the ring (shes a shift worker, so had a good excuse). Being a bit cheeky, Kevin took a photo of Yin sleeping with the ring right in front of her face (to taunt her with later), before popping it back in its hiding place for another time. When Kevins grandmother passed away a few weeks later, Yin and Kevin spent a lot of time reflecting and also talkin...g about their future together and in a spontaneous moment full of emotion, Kevin grabbed the ring and asked Yin to marry him. They were married in an understated and elegant ceremony in the Chinese Gardens of Friendship and I was honoured to be part of it. These two are the epitome of no fuss and all class! 06.01.2022 I can’t think of anything I’d rather be doing on Mardi Gras weekend than marrying two Misters but as they want to be the first to share their news on social media I had to get a pic with this guy instead. This is Ollie, one of the cutest and best behaved ring bearers I’ve ever met. And that’s all thanks to Amy from @weddingpaws who was in charge of keeping him out of mischief before his big entrance and then led him down the aisle with the rings where he received much applau...se and a few cuddles before being whisked away again. If you’re going to have pets at your wedding this is the (stress-free) way to do it. Straight after photos Amy will take Ollie home while his masters enjoy their big night. #petsatweddings #husbandsforlife #misterandmister #mardigras #mardigras2021 #marriagecelebrantsydney #sydneymarriagecelebrant #weddingpaws

04.01.2022 WARNING I really (like REALLY) like the couples I work with and after months of planning together, with them sharing some of their most personal stories and intimate thoughts with me, and trusting me with one of the most special days in their lives, its hard to say goodbye. 03.01.2022 Theres a lot of uncertainty when it comes to weddings at the moment and there are a lot of couples having some very difficult conversations. I feel you. Im here for you. Im going to help you in every way I can. However, please keep in mind that us celebrants are booked out up to 18 months in advance which means most of our popular dates for 2021 (Saturdays) are already booked. And the ones that are not we need to keep open for new bookings or our businesses just ...may not make it through this crisis. So what Im asking you all is to be flexible. You dont only love each other on a Saturday, so why do you have to be married on a Saturday? If you want to postpone easily keeping all your vendors please consider a weekday wedding. It will save you a lot of time and heartache having to find new vendors if the ones you originally booked are not available. Plus who doesnt love a good excuse for an extra long weekend! Not only will you get the wedding youve been planning all along, but youll be helping to keep us wedding industry folk in business for the long haul. I have contacted all my couples up until August and will be getting in touch with the rest of my 2020 bookings soon, but if ANY of you have any questions, want to bounce ideas around or ask for advice, please get in touch anytime via email/phone/text. My number is 0422 460 164. I want you to have the wedding of your dreams at a time when everyone feels like celebrating again. I want to give you a massive hug on your wedding day and I reckon thats worth waiting for. 03.01.2022 Today I was meant to fly out to spend a month in the Sicilian sun. It was to be a trip of a lifetime shared with my hubby and kids, my dad, step-mum, step-brother and my sister, brother-in-law and nephew who were joining us from Germany. We planned to slurp spaghetti, sip limoncello (grown ups only), visit the village where my dad was born, eat way too much food with relatives, consume copious amounts of gelato and spend as much time as possible swimming in the clear blue Med...iterranean Sea. Obviously, thats not happening and Im pretty heartbroken. I know it seems quite trivial compared to the hardships that some people are going through at the moment, but just like the many couples who had imagined, planned for and looked forward to a very special wedding day only to have those plans turned upside down, it still hurts and takes time to accept and adjust to this new normal that we find ourselves in. What did make this weekend a little sweeter was that I got to marry Kate and Matt in an intimate ceremony with just their two sons and their parents there to witness them say I do. Ive been speaking to Kate for months and its been a roller-coaster of changed dates and plans as she tried to work around changing restrictions for family who are interstate. For personal reasons they just couldnt wait any longer and decided to forge ahead yesterday and made do with friends and family watching live on Facebook. I really feel like Ive been on the journey with these two so it was such a pleasure to finally see them wed. Not even the sprinkling of rain could dampen spirits. They made the most beautiful and heartfelt vows to each other and their gorgeous boys both played their part (planned and unplanned). I may not be on a Sicilian beach, but it sure felt good to be part of something so special instead. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Dane! x

02.01.2022 Relaxed much? Check out these two! No nerves in sight. Just two lovers totally pumped to be getting married. Granted, Courtney and Jeff are pretty laid back, but just look at Jeff cheering Courtney down the aisle. And check out Courtney giving the thumbs up to one of her guests as she signs the paperwork. Sure, not everyone is going to feel this carefree on their wedding day, but with all the work I do with my couples before the 'big day' rolls around, I... make sure you feel confident (in knowing where to be and what to do) and calm (knowing I've got everything under control and have your back) so you can sit back and enjoy the ride! 02.01.2022 Alex was at a Harry Potter themed party at the Kings Cross Hotel when while waiting in line at the bar he noticed a pretty girl behind him and motioned for her to go ahead. She declined as she felt it was a blatant attempt to flirt with her, which Alex admits is partly true. Their exchange was brief, but Alex couldnt stop thinking about her all night and later set off up and down all five levels of the hotel trying to find her again. And he was in luck - kind of. Hed found ...her, but... she was on the dancefloor. Alex is not a fan of dancing, especially in public, but this girl was worth it, and onto the dancefloor he ventured. The risk of public humiliation payed off as the night ended with Alex asking the pretty girl for her number, which she entered into his phone. As Alex took his phone back from her he exclaimed but I dont know your name!. She replied nope and disappeared into the night with a mischievous smile. So for the next few days, as they texted back and forth, she was known as "Hot Harry Potter Girl" before she eventually revealed that her name was Georgia. Mischief managed. Heres what they had to say... "Andrea made the ceremony feel incredibly personal and was really helpful when we were writing our own vows. She was amazing in every way!" 01.01.2022 A ceremony with only five people in attendance is not everyones cup of tea, but I can assure you, for some it is just perfect. Earlier in the year I was lucky enough to be invited to officiate at Suzy and Richards elopement in the Blue Mountains. They always wanted a private and intimate ceremony with just the two of them, but they also wanted to capture the day beautifully to share with loved ones later. And who better to do that than photographer @samantha.hea...ther and videographer Ro from @tildeathdous.partyy. Ro and Sam also doubled as their witnesses. We met at the gorgeous little cottage Suzy and Rich were staying at, they did a first look in the garden and then we all jumped in the car to drive to Blackheath and walked through the bush to the most magical spot at the top of a cliff for the ceremony. Swipe to see just how how special it was. #elopement #bluemountainswedding #blackheath #partyoffive #sydneycelebrant #dreamteam @ Blue Mountains See more

01.01.2022 TESTIMONIAL TIME "Andrea was an incredible celebrant for Sam and I. Not only was she thoughtful and flexible during a stressful COVID affected lead up time, but she was also really professional and personal on the day. Meetings in the lead up, professional documentation, heaps of helpful info. Her service really had ever...ything.
