23.01.2022 Love it when a client gets herself a new Xmas present like this!! Oh the things we can do! I'm not usually a fan of machine based exercises, but it pays to mix things up a bit, and it helps with increasing resistance to build leaner muscle - which equals shapelier body parts!! Win win! Mixing your exercise regime up is good for your body, your metabolism, but mostly your brain - so you don't get bored!

17.01.2022 There will be a bit of movement and change happening in the next week or so, around my biz page, and how I use it. All those 'shifts' I've been talking about lately, are instigating a real need for simplicity as opposed to jumping around, and trying to solve the world's problems. Like to think I can, but perhaps not today. But for now - I will never give up the need - no, pure absolute necessity that you have to be yourself, and step up and show the world who you are. There a...re too many people walking around in empty shells of themselves, and it's painful to see them missing out on the deliciousness of how it feels to quiver in your own skin with joy and excitement. (man, I should write books....) Sass is my kinda word. I like sassy Andrea. She's fun, cheeky, calm, assertive, unique, quirky. I remember the day I met her. And I've invited her to stick around ever since. YOU all have your own brand of Sass, flavour about you, and it's yours alone. As you know, I LOVE a good acronym, so today is all about Sass, and how I explain what I think it means.... S - Significance. You are significant in every way, and when you like, no, love that about yourself, it can have an amazing effect on how you show up every day. It's not about being arrogant, or dicky about it, but more about knowing you are important enough to stand your ground, and shine. A - Affirmation. It's not enough to think you're sassy. Affirm it. Remind yourself often, about how you're different, unique, special, amazing, and fill your lovetank with the kindest of thoughts on a daily basis, and raise your sass appeal. S - Signature. Find something that makes you different, and stands you apart. I love my short, messy hair for its simplicity (I'm essentially lazy when it comes to spending time on hair) and it's edgy feel, and I like to have fun wherever I go, and I know that my energy is part of what people remember me for. You are your own 'brand' if you will, and it's kinda cool to own something that is truly, remarkably YOU. S - Subscribe. A funny word, I know, but if you don't subscribe to your own uniqueness and sass, who else will? Be your biggest fan, your biggest cheerleader, and the world will join in. If you opt out, or unsubscribe on yourself, so will everyone else. What a fun word huh? If the world had more sass in it, what fun would it be? xx

12.01.2022 As I get older, the exercise I used to do just doesn't give me the same results I used to get!! Annoying right!? So I tried other things, and the one activity I LOVE is running these stairs! Great for the heart rate, burning copious calories, and fabulous for toned legs and butt!!! If you're in the Greensborough area, go and check out these puppies at the athletic oval. I've taken clients there, but I do them at least twice a week.... Go and grab your tight butts here!



03.01.2022 Making changes to get the best out of yourself, and being who you really want to be, has to come from a place of LOVE, right? I've come up with a little acronym, which will help you remember the steps to go through, to start moving towards the things you want for yourself.
