Only dog lovers will understand the heart break that comes with sa...ying goodbye to a loveable companion, so many wonderful memories from when she was a fun energetic puppy to lying on my pregnant belly and sleeping under the kids bassinet protecting them! 16.01.2022 Hi to all my clients and their families I’m just checking in to see how you are all doing? I’ve just been on a walk with my 13 year old daughter, yes we have been in isolation but exercise is still allowed outside while keeping distance.... Exercise is really important to my health both physically and mentally, so if your fit an able a simple walk around the block or backyard will do wonders for your mind and body- get some fresh air and get the endorphins flowing. Remember to keep well nourished and hydrated in these times indoors, I always get a headache if I dont drink enough water. Try changing I have to stay home with I get to stay home , let’s be greatful for the health of ourselves and our family members Stay positive and keep well!! Andrea xx

12.01.2022 With all this coronavirus stuff going on I want to address that there is only one of me. If you have a cold, sore throat/chest, watering eyes, fever or even a sniffle can you please refrain yourself from having a treatment. Not just now but at all times of the year. Thank you
