Let your customer get to know you and your story! Claire from @arttocharm designs custom makes jewellery out of artwork and kids drawings. Her work is amazing! 20.01.2022 What a fun shoot with @whoisthatperth yesterday in the Perth Hills! So much laughter and smiles! Thanks for trusting me with your personal brand photos!! I need to remember to get some behind the scenes shots on those days... I often forget because I’m so concentrated on the task at hand and I also had a baby and 4 year old in tow (plus grandparents to look after them). What a fantastic day . Big thank you to @personal.brand.photographer for capturing some awesome pi...ctures today. Cannot wait to see the finished product and share them over time. Andrea made all of us feel comfortable throughout the morning, which is such a blessing given there were nerves from all of us for various reasons! . Have to say I really enjoyed today’s experience. I also learnt from the local vendors (@Kalamunda farmersmarket) about their products and variations. . Feeling grateful . 18.01.2022 Meet Paula! She’s a parkour instructor! How cool is that?!? But it doesn’t stop there. She has 3 wonderful children and they spent a lot of time together outside climbing trees and enjoying movement! ... I was soo impressed how confident they were climbing around on this beautiful old fig tree! We spend a wonderful, pretty chilly morning together at Kings Park! It shows that your personal brand is so much more than just some pretty headshots! It’s about telling your unique story, and for most female entrepreneurs, part of this story is their children and family! It’s a big part of you, and shaped you into the person you are now! Showing your audience this part of your story let’s them connect with you on an emotional level, that plain headshots can’t reach! That‘s why I put a lot of emphasis on a in-depth planning session with my clients. We lay out the stories we want to tell and how this is best achieved - what locations are we using, what to wear, what props do we need? What activities do you enjoy with your family? Repost @arttocharm When you buy from a small business an actual person does a happy dance! That person is me! I seriously love all the support and all the art! So if you have any thoughts about placing an order, the process, an idea you were thinking of then please get in touch. ... Scarily there’s only 14 weeks till Christmas so now’s the time to start planning. Otherwise I’ll just be over here drawing some designs waiting for the next happy dance.

08.01.2022 This rings true! Shit happens or sometimes it’s things that didn’t happen, but you would have loved to happen... No point in wasting energy contemplating about the past... So hears to whats lying in front of us... for me it’s a personal branding shoot with the amazing @whoisthatperth this Sunday!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Repost from @whoisthatperth Sometimes we just need a gentle reminder so I’m suggesting that u save this post! 05.01.2022 I saw this quote and thought: That’s me!! Running your own business while also trying to adult and raise two boys is often exhausting! I have a 4 year old and a 3 month old, so life is often hectic! All you parents out there probably know that feeling, that you’re always trying to catch up on your to do list, but never make it. ... So I try to make time for some self love and squeeze in an hour of Pilates or Pole dance (yes, I’m a pole dancing mumma) a few times a week! There’s some great places in Perth that are child friendly and cater for us mums, so we can stay fit and healthy! I highly recommend @breathepilatesperth and @felixcaneacademy and @flyinghighaerialarts for baby and child friendly places to get your exercise fix! What do you do for a bit of self care?

Firstly to make sure we are a good match, as I wouldn’t take someone on as a client who’s core values don’t align with mine. Secondly, to be able to capture the essence of your brand, I need to understand what it is that you stand for and how you want your brand to be perceived! ... We talk about adjectives that describe you and your brand and how we can convey those attributes in photos. I really enjoy those planning sessions, getting to know your brand and brainstorming the best stories to show the world who you are and what your personal brand stands for!?! What 3-5 word sentence describes your brand??
