14.01.2022 I am 73 years old and finding odd spots of bone and muscle pain and headaches too. When I use my lotus mat I find that the pain disappears and I no longer need ...painkillers. I also use it when I am sitting at my laptop for long periods while using ancestry software with my feet on the neck pillow which stops me getting RSI symptoms. It's a winner!
