16.01.2022 House design for Alex & Tricia Beatty on beautiful site in Karangi now being built by Bienefelt Dolan Builders. Designed to minimise energy use all year round and take in incredible views. Completely off-grid energy, water and wastewater, solar panels with batteries, 90,000L water tanks. Also effective shelter from bush fires.

13.01.2022 Work beginning onsite in Korora with Frank Maione as the builder. Going to be a complicated build with lots of curves, natural stone and complex steel detailing, but looking forward to seeing it come out of the ground.
