14.01.2022 GETTING OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE Given a lot of goals and plans you have in life. Sometimes you have to step outside of your comfort zone in order to achieve accomplishments. There's no greater feeling of fulfilling something through hard work and bravery rather than staying in circles of your comfort zone.... REASONS WHY YOU NEED TO STEP OUTSIDE OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE: 1. It helps you improve personal growth. 2. Let you discover new skills and strengths. 3. Eliminates fear. 4. Achieving self-satisfaction. 5. It creates a deep impact on others. Sometimes if you don’t jump, you’ll never know what’s on the other side of the cliff. Dare yourself to try and explore new things. It will help you to achieve success in an amazing and extraordinary way you won’t believe you are capable of.

07.01.2022 Well what an amazing turnaround for our latest client. Backstory So over the last three years this 39 year old business has been sliding backwards. Turnover has been increasing from $1.35 million to $1.68 million but Operating Profit was going backwards between $50k to $68k per year.... Margins on COGS were on average 58.6% And my client who I had worked with to turn his business around previously in 2013-2014 called me up in a panic and couldn’t understand what’s been going on. So What Have We Done Since End Of May 2020 Conducted a top down review the last week on May Found some quick and easy things we could change Started pulling the business apart and identified some key issues Put a plan to the client for stage 1 of the transformation Client said Just Do It What Did We Achieve For July - August 2020 Spoke to clients and identified problems, strengths and ways we could serve them better Start looking and current systems and how manual this business is and put some small temporary solutions in place to gain productivity gains Overhaul Repairs Department holding staff to account for daily performance targets and put in place an incentive system for staff who perform and do the right thing and performance manage out the staff that just weren’t meeting the companies goals. Listen to the staff about their concerns and empower them to bring ideas and better ways of doing things and have them involved more with the day to day running of the company. So What Does The Numbers Look Like Revenue Is Up 31.26% Year On Year Costs Have Remained The Same (At present) Operating Profit (Without Stimulus Payments) Up 77.67% And that’s only the beginning........ So my question is this....... We are in recession and COVID is killing businesses. So if this was the case how can I grow this business in a very very niche market.
