25.01.2022 Thought for the day. In the interests of self preservation and improving ones health there are certain food additives that are worth avoiding. The emulsifier Microbial Transglutaminase is not listed and is very damaging to the gut wall. It is worth doing a google search on.

The name of this emulsifier is microbial trans glutaminase. It is used as a glue (emulsifier) in the food industry. 08.01.2022 Doctor, every time I see you my blood pressure goes up to 220\120. So the doctor doubles the medication dose. The man goes back to the doctor, the blood pressure is still 220\120. He say's doctor, my joints and muscles ache since you doubled the dose of the medication and my blood pressure is still high. The doctor pulls out his medication pad and starts writing a new script. The man says what script are you writing me?. The doctor says its a script for valium (diazepam), I ...would like you to take it before you come and see me for your next blood pressure check!. They are poorly regulated; their health and environmental impact are poorly understood. We consume them every day.
