18.01.2022 We all know the travel industry, as well as many others have been decimated by COVID19. There are so many of us love Bali, both the chaos, the beauty and the friendly locals. This video was shot yesterday in Kuta and is so very sad. I have never, ever seen Bali like this in over 30 years. It is heart breaking. I had a trip cancelled due to COVID19 but can't wait to get back when travel is permitted.

01.01.2022 This is always sad to see but the classic Marco Polo is heading to the scrap yard in Alang, India. With so many choices for cruising these days, it is hard to believe that this was once the go to ship for Australian cruisers travelling to Europe. Recently owned by the now defunct Cruise & Maritime Voyages (a victim of COVID19), she was sold for a little over $2.5m for scrap. A sad way for this grand old lady to end her days. #MTATravel #MarcoPolo #cruiseship #cruiseislife #cruiseaddict
