11.01.2022 HOW MUCH DEPOSIT IS REASONABLE FOR A HOUSE PURCHASE IN QUEENSLAND? If you are negotiating with an agent to buy a house you need to know the agent will ask for 2 deposit payments to their trust account. An initial deposit when signing the contract, an amount of 0.25% of the purchase price.
