22.01.2022 The polls have now closed. To all of you that gave me their #1 preference, thank you. To all of you that helped campaign for me in one way or another, thank you.... To friends and family that have supported me through this journey, thank you. To my campaign team who have helped shine some light onto the path in front of me, thank you. This wasn't the easiest campaign, but I gave it my all anyway. Now begins the wait while the votes are counted to find out if I've been elected as one of your new councillors. Jacksons Creek Ward needs a fresh new voice; I'm hopeful I will be one of them.

10.01.2022 Today Melbourne reached zero daily cases for the first time since June. That’s a fantastic result. Everyone’s made huge sacrifices since the lockdowns started and today’s level showed that it paid off. I’m looking forward to being able to have dinner with friends and family. I’m looking forward to being able to visit regional Victoria. I’m looking forward to being able to worry less.... We’ve done well. Now by popular request, here’s me trying to recreate Dan Andrews’ photo with his doughnut.

10.01.2022 Going to a restaurant tonight? Heading to the pub tonight to get on the beers? Masks are still needed when you’re leaving the house, just not while you’re in the act of eating or drinking. Have a look at this guide to get some clarity.

05.01.2022 I have noticed on some community groups people asking for more information on candidates outside of the statements in the VEC pack. It’s great seeing a community like ours who are engaged and want to engage in policy that will shape our community. That's why I have gone beyond rhetoric.... I have thought through ideas, while consulting with those who have experience. I’ll happily admit I don’t have the answer for everything, which is why I value asking the experts and the community for guidance. This is the fresh voice we all need on council.

04.01.2022 The results are in, but sadly I’m not. 2513 people voted for me as their #1 candidate. As a relatively unknown candidate prior to August, that’s not a bad result. I gave it a good go, and I’m hopeful that some of the ideas I ran with will still be adopted by the elected councillors.... Thank you to all that helped me get as far as I did. Congratulations to those who were successful in this election.
