24.01.2022 When I was a youngster I used to love watching the bionic man and the bionic woman little did I know that Lindsay Wagner loves homoeopathic medicine... how cool is that?
24.01.2022 If I was not an actress, I would be a homeopathic doctor. Lindsay Wagner She explained she always wanted to be a homeopath but due to her dyslexia, wasn’t ...able to complete college the way she wanted. Over the years, she has kept her passion for homeopathic care and natural medicine, and has her own workshops called Quiet the Mind and Open the Heart. @homeopathy_school_in_toronto . #homeopathy #homeopathic #homeopati #homeopatia #homeopatía #homeopathie #homeopath #homeopathicmedicine #homeopata #homeopathicremedy #homeopathichealth #homeopathyworks #homeopathyheals #homeopathyrocks #homeopathyforall #homeopathyworksforme #traditionalmedicine #integratedmedicine #growthmindset #nourishyourbody #healthyishappy #mindbodyconnection #naturopathicmedicine #natureheals #wellbeingwarrior #womensupportingwomen #womenarestrong #femaleempowerment #womenempoweringwomen #womeninspiringwomen See more

22.01.2022 A vegetarian paleo diet is a fantastic way to combine the well- documented advantages of non-meat diet plus a paleo approach. This way you can have all the health benefits of both which not only may help to keep you healthy and minimise illness and disease, but also help with healing. Now the problem is that a paleo diet is high in meat and depends on this for protein! Read More on my blog: https://andrewjamesnaturopath.com/a-vegetarian-paleo-diet/ #paleodiet #vegetariandiet

18.01.2022 If you suffer from PTSD, natural treatments may provide significant help and I encourage to to consider Remedial Massage as one possible approach. We can all learn from understanding PTSD and how to deal with the associated stress and anxiety both physical and emotional. Massage for PSTD can offer some serious relief. PTSD has become a common diagnosis in the last 10 years or so, originally associated with military service men and women who have returned from active duty. I...t is now a condition that covers a much broader definition and includes people from all walks of life even children. 17.01.2022 Sleep issues are so common and more and more, we are becoming aware of thew close connection between good sleep and illness. We also know proper sleeping may help your immune system. Below I have some guidelines to help you sleep easier, as well as natural remedies you can try! Some of these ideas are well known so don't just gloss over them! For more, check out my article: https://andrewjamesnaturopath.com/insomnia-natural-cures/... The basic rules: No caffeine after 12 p.m. Minimal (0-1 serving) alcohol Avoid screens an hour before bed Eliminate light entirely (I'm all about the sleep mask) Regular exercise (5-6 mornings per week) Calm and Natural 1. Dab on lavender essential oil. Works best if the lavender essential oil is dabbed on ones wrists and temples. If you would prefer to not place it on your skin, dab a little on your pillow. 2. Breathe through the left nostril. This is known as the 'pranayama practice' and it simply suggests blocking your right nostril (by pressing down with your thumb) and then breathing deeply, counting to 26 breaths. 3. Yoga and Meditation Incorporating yoga and meditation into your bedtime routine is a great way to relax the body, mind and soul. It will hopefully clear some of your lingering thoughts and make room for a more restful sleep. If you feel as though you've tried everything, please condiser coming into the Andrew James Healing Centre. Our Naturopaths may have some clarity as to your specific sleep situation and therefore can assist you with your restlessness.
