If there ever was a time of uncertainty about the future it is now because of the unanswered questions about the Covid-19 Pandemic. Rod will point us to Jesus who doesnt give us a map but a compass. He will challenge us to trust this compass and move forward off the map of familiarity into all the Holy Spirit has for us. Don't miss it!

19.01.2022 This has been a week of sudden change in Adelaide SA. We experienced a rapidly implemented and comprehensive shutdown across our city because of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our church decided not to meet in person this week but we have recorded a positive message of hope and encouragement. We ask for prayer for our city and our leaders.

10.01.2022 Mike Hey launched our Global Mission Month last Sunday. He reminded us that 'global mission is the local mission of God everywhere.' It is centered in prayer, unity and the Father's love. Mike called us to be: Aware of our need for grace, Awakened to His love for us, Activated in the love of the Holy Spirit! Mike challenged us to: Dwell in the depth of His grace, Depend on His unfailing love, Delight in His ways!... Mike said we are: Broken, Blessed and Beautiful!

05.01.2022 We appreciated David Turnbull's insightful message from Acts 15 today, helping us grapple with the cultural challenges of mission. David called us to grow in our 'cultural intelligence' in both our local and global mission. David invited us to... "Recognize the presence of God amongst those different to ourselves in our missional endeavours"

05.01.2022 Pam and the team leading our praise & worship last Sunday, and also sharing a powerful Bible story that God has used to impact many lives - the 'woman at the well'.

03.01.2022 THIS IS THE ORIGIN OF THE BLESSING: Wow talk about an "aha ah" call it revelation if you like, but while I (Allan Carrington) was preparing for tomorrow's AFCC online gathering I was working with the Scripture reading that Samuel reads for us. Sam is reading Exodus 20:1-21 and suddenly words jump off the page as they do right? Chapter 20 Verse 6 God is talking "I will show love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments" DUH I never connected the ...ten commandments to the ultimate blessing before. Also Glynis connected it to the second verse of the song The Blessing which has gone viral around the world (50 different country versions so far)The song says: May His favor be upon you And a thousand generations Your family and your children And their children, and their children Take time to listen to this familiar scripture but this time reflect on the fact that loving God and keeping God's Law is necessary and connected to His Blessing ... it changes everything! 03.01.2022 We all enjoyed our first gathering together in our new location. Thank you to everyone worshipped together with us today. We were blessed to have Mayor Docherty visit us on this special occasion. May God help us bless and transform the communities around us!

02.01.2022 Christmas at Crafter Street! During December we declared the coming of King Jesus and then celebrated His birth in our Family Service and in a combined Christmas Party with our African neighbours and guests from the community including Mayor Docherty. Thank you to all who helped and attended.
