21.01.2022 I just got this review from my vendor of 1 Hilda Mews in Aspendale Gardens. Andrew Tomlinson awesome auction great result in the most difficult situation (COVID-19 Lockdown) Ray White - Andrew Tomlinson auction proposed date 28 March 2020 however auctions were banned, cancelled however, Andrew came up with a brilliant idea to have the auction on the 25 March at 7:00 pm Wednesday at their offices in Chelsea, 5 hours before the deadline. Auction went smoothly with a great selli...ng price. Andrew's advise to prepare the property was spot on he was most cooperative and truly professional. Recommend Ray White and Andrew highly. 08.01.2022 My Vendors of 4 Cuthbertson Court in Chelsea needed help to clear stuff out so I offered to take all the bedding, linen, towels etc to the RSPCA. They always need clean bedding for the animals. It’s not all just about the sale, it’s about helping people as much as you can.
