21.01.2022 Hi everyone, Believe it or not I have finally found the time to set up a page for the business. Now you can see what has been keeping me so busy over the last 3 years...

21.01.2022 Restoration of severely degraded woodwork around window frames. Rotten timber was removed and replaced with new oak before painting

19.01.2022 This renovation was an extension of an existing extension! It included framing and additional structural support, cladding with mini-orb powdercoated iron sheet, extension of roof, installation of 3 aluminium framed windows and 2 custom made polycarbonate opaque windows for privacy, internally clad with pine pannelling and oak architraves.

15.01.2022 The restoration of this property included repainting both exterior and interior, as well as re-surfacing and sealing the floors.

15.01.2022 Conversion of a garage, previously used as a workshop, into a home office space. Conversion included complete fitout of walls and ceiling, plastering, painting, tiling, LED downlight conversion, new skirting and architraves.

13.01.2022 For this reno the client required more space and light in the kitchen whilst maintaining the laundry. The solution was to remove the wall between the two rooms and conceal the laundry behind a custom fabricated set of floor to ceiling cupboards. The existing window was then removed and replaced with a custom built window made from 2 modified French doors to maximise light.

13.01.2022 In this reno an odd shaped room was converted into a bedroom with built-in storage. Renovations included fabricating a dividing wall and wardrobe to the clients specification, cladding brick walls with plaster board, installing an internal sliding door and custom bi-fold doors, completed with architraves and re-painted in a new colour scheme.

06.01.2022 Conversion of an existing iron clad garage into a new living space. Renovations included concrete foundations for an additional shed, removal of existing garage cladding, framing, double glazed window and door installation, internal and external cladding (to include wall and ceiling insulation), flooring, plastering and architraves.

04.01.2022 Reno included replacing old ceiling in living room, installation of 3 internal sliding doors, LED downlight conversion, repainting of living room and hallway.
