23.01.2022 Welcome to our new home!! For those that are unaware, ANSC had teamed up with @corestrengthfc in Albert St Richmond and are now training together out of their great facility. We have merged our teams, trainers, members and knowledge and are now one big happy family under the CSF banner. This is another great opportunity to educate, grow and challenge ourselves. To all our current followers, head over and start following @corestrengthfc to keep up to date with us. Training options are as follow: 3 session per week $45, unlimited sessions per week $55, 1 on 1 sessions $110, 3 on 1 sessions $30 per person. Come down and train with us, we are in Albert Street, Richmond.

23.01.2022 Males, make sure you stay hydrated. 70% of our body is made up of water and if you are dehydrated it can have severe consequences. It is said that you can go 30 days without food but only 30 hours without water before serious illness/death. Also, dehydration in the number 1 cause of fatigue so if you're tired - drink up!

19.01.2022 A little boxing fun to finish our session last night. The aim of this drill was to not to hit and hurt, rather to keep on the move and throw quick soft punches whenever you saw a little gap. You received a point anytime you threw the punch first and connected with your partners glove or tummy. Much harder (and safer) than it looks!!!

19.01.2022 For females, aim to eat 1 - 1.5g protein per kg of body weight per day (eg 60kg lady eats between 60-90g protein daily) and for males aim to eat 1.5 - 2g protein per kg of body weight per day (eg 80kg male eats between 120-160g protein daily).

Today is our last day at 446 Church St and we will be moving up the road to Albert St and teaming up with our buddies at @corestrengthfc Our building at Church St may have appeared great from the outside and inside, but behind the walls, in the pipes and in the roofs were a different story. 3 years of constant headache (and unwilling property owner) didn't leave is with many options to remain here. This property did however give ANSC a G...reat start and now I am as excited as ever to team up with CSF and combine our skills, knowledge, passion, trainers and clients into one big team. Although it is a sad moment leaving where it started, it is a relief to be out and the excitement of what's ahead has well and truly taken over. So from this Monday May 1st, join our big team at CSF for over 30 classes per week at the 700sqm facility with kinesiologists, biomechanists and physios on site. Head over and follow @corestrengthfc and come down to try us out. Thanks to everybody that helped and supported us at 446 Church St and I welcome and encourage you all to come down and continue your loyalty in Albert St. One final celebration at the gym tonight for our clients and then Monday 6am it will be business as usual in new surroundings!! 14.01.2022 Forget the 50kgs, how good is the mobility and form of this guy! When he started he was so tight that he couldn't touch his toes or do a Body weight squat - now, sumo deadlifts with ease!

Dave last over 8kgs, dropped more than 5% bodyfat, drove 30min to train at ANSC and most importantly changed some very unhealthy living habits! A worthy winner and humble gentle giant!! 10.01.2022 Little Princess Chloe, born earlier this week and doing extremely well. Mum was super tough throughout and Coach now has his princess as well as his queen. Thanks to everybody for the messages, calls and support. Life has just gotten so much better and so much more significant.
