22.01.2022 My debut EP, Living in the Heat of it All is OUT NOW!!! These are 6 tracks that are super special to me for so many different reasons and reflect some of my inner most thoughts over the last 18 months. I am in my own head so this is my way of escaping my thoughts for a little while and turning them into something that I think is pretty cool! Andy Martin is a fairly fresh face on the scene, but he won’t be forgotten anytime soon. The Brissie based indie rocker has been trickling singles over the year that has been building to the release of his debut EP. A cohesive record that navigates love, life and everything in between; an impactful record that sings of lows yet leaves us on a high. Despite running for only six tracks, the record encompasses so many nuances of a relationship. Though we deal with the overarching love and loss, the subtle details of self-doubt, finding your place in this world and finding yourself, Martin's shows songwriting well beyond his years. MILKY: Navigating themes of love, heart break and mental health, the six track release sees the musician take on the ambitious task of being the sole performer on the EP. Martin wrote and recorded each instrumental part across the release, giving the musician full creative license over the tracks. The personal and introspective tracks touches on internal conversations the singer has had with himself, presenting an unparalleled vulnerability threaded throughout the songs.

21.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the border restrictions and COVID-19 restrictions rocking the world, I have had to cancel my shows at @thelassogowrie & @frankiespizzabytheslice !!! I’m in the process of trying to book some other shows for you around the country for next year to tag on to this tour!!! Especially sad just after these came in the mail! In other news, the E.P. is officially finished (more on that in the coming weeks) If you’re coming to the Brisbane shows, you will be able to buy the E.P. exclusively before it gets released a few weeks later! 07.01.2022 Hello Beautiful People! I am super proud and excited to officially announce the new solo music project I have been working on, "Andy". I have been working hard at Airlock Studios collaboratively with James See & Ian Haug (Powderfinger, The Church) to produce something that I believe is pretty special.... On all of the tracks I will be releasing I have recorded all the instrumentation (except drums). So pretty much everything you're hearing is me! It has been an exciting/tiring process, but something I am very proud of. There is a lot in the pipe line and I'm excited to finally share this music with you all. The first of these works, "Let This Go Again", will be out on the 14th of February.
