19.01.2022 A lot of time and effort goes into making sure the blade has a nice edge, this knife had a reasonable bevel and yet still it took 3 different stones to make a good end result. This is on the 1000 grit stone, preparing it for the last stage on the 6000 grit stone

13.01.2022 Bit warm for it today... finishing touches on a 6000 grit stone after the 700 and 1000 grit, came up nice and sharp
