This line from her book ‘Girl, Stop Apologising’ hits the nail on the head. We all need to remember that our next decision is the one that matters. So be brave and make your next decision a good one.
24.01.2022 After five and a half years on the sideline of teaching I have completed my first day back. It was all meetings and holiday chit chat, but my mind is hurting. 22.01.2022 I have been off gluten and dairy for two weeks now and I was desperate for a sweet treat. My beautiful friend @thewellnesswitches posted this raw, #vegan treat recipe on her feed this week. Hers looks a lot better than mine, but oh my word. It is #scrumptious and very good for you. I am realising how many options you actually have when you have to look for gluten free and dairy free options. I know my gut will thank me for it. #guthealthjourney

13.01.2022 As I left Mt Barker this morning it all became a little too close to home. Thank you to all the amazing firefighters. We live in the hills for many reasons, but fire is one that that can totally go and f**k off. It is frightening, scary and way too close to our home. 2 fires close to our place in 10 days is not a good start to summer. Here’s hoping for a stress free summer

08.01.2022 After all the jumping on the trampoline and a couple of bumps and bruises this week it was time for a #lavender epsom salt bath. It calmed the kids down and helped all those little scrapes begin to heal. I love supporting my children naturally and the girls love making this themselves.
06.01.2022 I was having a conversation with a close friend today who is having her third baby and we spoke about how quiet and unassuming and happy to follow along our middle children #middlechild were. It got me thinking are all middle children just happy to go with the flow? I thought about all the families with three children #three kids and the answer is overwhelmingly yes. Middle children are just more chilled out. Then, I was thinking well the universe is pretty epic if it can make all middle children so much more easy going. It got me thinking. Are we all born a certain way that is predetermined and we just need to grow into the magnificence of our childhood ideals and beliefs. I think so. What about you?
04.01.2022 I was back in the saddle again last Wednesday on this monumentally huge boy. Hopefully, it will be a weekly activity. I #loved every second of it. The kids also had a ride and they looked so little all the way up there. He was very gentle with them though. Feeling very lucky and #grateful
