12.01.2022 Other than the classically relaxing Lavender, Aneeda massage now offers three other high quality and highly beneficial essential oils. Vetiver: this oil has an overall calming effect and rubbing some on your feet can promote a restful night's sleep. Frankincense: this is a famous and ancient oil (and my personal favourite) that rejuvenates skin, soothes aches and aids relaxation.... Myrrh: another ancient oil that aids relaxation but also promotes smooth and healthy skin as well as a positive and uplifted mood.
