16.01.2022 After a grand old response to an article in the Bendigo Advertiser, we have posted bulk amounts of laces across Australia - the rural, regional and remote towns are keeping colourful with Katherine, Moranbah, Weipa and Boort rolling in. 16.01.2022 We sent out over 60 pairs of laces to people who support marriage equality today! People are #laceupforME in places as remote as Roma, as rural as Birchip and Wycheproof and in most the state capitals - Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Hobart! 05.01.2022 Three British policemen got engaged to their partners in the London Pride march. How brilliant! It contrasts starkly with the recent attack on members of the LGBTIQ community in Orlando. 05.01.2022 It is so grounding to part of the rural community that stands up and shows what 'community' really means. We were cleaned out of laces but in the process Wycheproof-Narraport showed what the difference between respect and tolerance really is. Since we have posted laces to people in every town in the North Central Football League, did someone say rural pride round?

03.01.2022 An Equal Footing had its maiden outing today! Thank you to everyone who helped bring it together and to the many people who have already began supporting us!
