01.01.2022 Those that know me, know how much I love a good neuroscientist. I want the truth! Always searching for it, having the courage to 'unlearn and relearn' rather than staying stuck in old beliefs, stories and teachings. I like myth busters too like, left vs right brain, i.e. creative vs analytical, it's a Myth! We use all of our brain. Yes we have left and right hemispheres of the brain for some specific functions, but it's not broken down into those old teachings of creative vs ...analytical even though many still teach this to be the case( I used to as well)...so I thank god for neuroscientists, especially my teacher of this work the fabulous Sarah McKay check out the The Neuroscience Academy Sometimes we have to be brave to unlearn old things.
