14.01.2022 I remember her infancy as if it were yesterday. Multiple conversations around the potential pro’s and con’s, why I should, why I shouldn’t - with my most trusted business advisors. I decided the stories needed to be told. ... The stories on local businesses, past, present and of course - those projected for our future. A platform to share in the memories, triumphs and tribulations of our business community. Two years in and the conversations generated highlighting local businesses is something I’m really proud of as Founding Publisher. Our mantra ‘Linking Local Business’ has been at the centre of everything we’ve done and will continue to be so. But, the time has come. 08.01.2022 Creating a TEAM CENTRIC culture is success Working with a talented group of multi-skilled individuals I’ve always felt extremely fortunate. Today, I find myself fostering the following;... A team where if they don’t know the solution, they’ll collaborate to ensure they find one. A team who will go above and beyond to hit the benchmarks in place to achieve our goals.
