20.01.2022 Someone didn't get enough sleep last Most people can function on 6-7 hours sleep. Although this is achievable, it's not recommended. A solid 8 hours of unbroken sleep is great for your mental health/stress levels, energy levels, fitness and Weightloss! Tips to achieve this: - Drink less coffee/cut coffee after 3pm - No technology at least an hour before bed - Keep your phone away from your bed (I keep - mine in my bathroom so I have to get up to turn off the alarm) - Chamo...mile Tea before bed - Read a book - Use your bed for sleeping only (don't study or work ect on your bed) - Set a regular bedtime and wake up time #sleepypuppy #beagle #sleep

16.01.2022 REAL TALK!! It has taken me a while to post this as I have been uncomfortable and scared to make it knowledge on social media. But if it helps and relates to anybody, I will get past my fears and anxiety and do it!! Unlike most personal trainers, you can see my body isn't as "toned" or as "defined" as you would expect. ... I have been into fitness and I have been training since I was 18. I became a PT at age 22. I am now 23. I have lost weight and I am definitely fitter than I was when I began my journey. But, progress has been for the amount I train and nutrition being on point (yes I have the odd bad day once a month, like everyone else haha). Now, I wanted to know this was happening so I got some blood tests done and I have been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and my body struggles to process protein. Due to this, I struggle to lose fat (thyroid issues) and gain muscle (protein digestion issues). I'm not letting this stop me. I am now on education to fix these issues and I'm not going to use this as an excuse to stop doing what I love and helping other people. For me, this is just the beginning of an incredible journey for me and my clients! My point is, no matter what life throws at you, don't give up! Get past your excuses! Where will you be in 6 months if you gave up? Where will you be in 6 months if you don't give up? I hope this post has connected to someone. Even if this post only changed one persons mindset or life today, it jas accomplished its goal. 07.01.2022 So it's been a while since I've posted... I realised when someone asked of I was still alive . Since Easter and leaving my gym I have been a but quiet and not in routine, I've gained a little weight and lost it again, but in the end I still choose to rock a crop. We all slip up, even personal trainers who try to be picture perfect, they only show the good in their lives. We are all human and we all slip up, we all have that slice of chocolate cake and make mistakes. Don't be afraid to make these mistakes, you will fall out of routine every now again, fall down and get back up again, and don't give up. Remember, you. Are. Human and not everyday will go as planned.

07.01.2022 I see this alot, and guess what, you'll get to Monday and come up with an excuse about why you can't and you'll decide to start next Monday. This is a cycle that you have been follwing and will continue to follow if you don't put your foot down and overcome these excuses! I find that the majority of the excuses is "I'm time poor" What I'm getting at is that the majority of people are time poor, yet they don't find the time, they make the time. Online personal training makes time easier to make. You can workout from anywhere at anytime. 04.01.2022 Tomorrow nights dinner. Nothing like a fresh Salad before a night out with girls. Yes night outs do include alcoholic beverages. I encourage everyone to go out and have fun every now and again. I do. Just not ALL of the time. Life is about balance. Here are some tips: Have a salad with some low energy carbs in it (my sweet potato is still cooking so I'll add that in) Workout in the morning Drink 3-4L of water that day to stay hydrated... Prepare a salad for the next morning Have a glass of water in between drinks Choose your drinks wisely (vodka, lime and sodas for me) Drink slowly Have a greens powder with 500ml-1L of water before you go to bed Have water next to your ned for when you wake up in the morning.
