21.01.2022 Every night before bed we put our beautiful lavender oil in our diffuser to create a calming environment to help my daughter sleep I also use a carrier oil and my daughter puts a drop in her hands & rubs them together inhales & exhales 3 times to get all those stresses & worries of her day out then rubs some on her heart & instantly within 5 minutes she is tired after her bedtime story & sleeps all night.... our young living oils are liquid gold I used to have so much trou...ble getting my daughter settled & off to sleep but now incorporating young living oils in her lifestyle she loves it just as much as i do & it has worked wonders for her as well if your having trouble winding the kids down during the day or of a night try our lavender oil... if you don’t like lavender we have a wide range of oils that will also help with this & a special kids brand called kidscents which I’ll also post about over the next few days! 10.01.2022 I recently got asked about the price of Young Living oils it’s definitely a matter of quality & you get exactly what you pay for! I have used so many different oils with goodness knows what is in them & what we have been inhaling into our bodies. BUT now knowing the difference between the quality & the exact ingredients that go into these oil’s & what they can be used for has literally changed my life & I will never use those nasty brands I did once before. All I can say is when it comes to the health of our body mind & spirit there is no excuse but to choose the best which is young living this is a little idea of how much of Mother Nature is put into these bottles of liquid gold straight from our farms all over the world. Do yourself a favour... you will never go back !

09.01.2022 Once I start offering Swedish massages I will be using the young living range products of course only using the best on my clients. One of the massage oils I’ll be using is called relaxation CALM This oil promotes tranquility & eases tension to restore vitality. This formula blends specially selected vegetable oils with essential oils such as tangerine coriander & spearmint for maximum stress relief. It also includes peppermint, ylang ylang, bergamot & geranium. It’s going to feel like absolute HEAVEN I will also be using this with your manicures & pedicures for your hand & foot massages
