18.01.2022 What's your why? Why are you pursuing your current path? Is it for the money?... Freedom? Ambition? Boredom? A challenge? Desperation? It's important to have a reason for doing what you're doing, especially when it comes to entrepreneurship. Too often we see blog posts and headlines claiming all kinds of get-rich-quick schemes and showing ultra-successful entrepreneurs as if that's the norm. What they don't show is the hard work and struggles of the average entrepreneur. And with the low success rate of women in business in particular, it's clear that this tactic is great at tricking people into thinking it's "easy". But don't let that be discouraging either! Find your why, put in ALL of your efforts (and then some more), and you can find success, however that looks for you. It doesn't have to be about money, or fame, or a million Instagram followers. It's so important to set goals in your business. Not just to keep you accountable, but so that you can measure your progress. It's helpful to look at your long-term progress to see if you are where you thought you'd be. -- what has prevented that? What is stopping you from achieving your goals? What do you need to do to get there? -- what have you done right? How do you continue to improve? It's easy to get lost in the daily and weekly tasks of running a business. But don't forget to step back and look at the overall picture. See where you are, how far you've come, and where you're headed. Adjust where you need to, and ' !
