Last weekend Pekka, with his family and friends, celebrated the marriage of his eldest daughter. Why smoke a cigar? Well, in the 17th century, cigars were quite rare, so they were considered treasured - highly prized.... So to give out cigars and invite others to enjoy smoking them together was a real treat! It was also an act of immense happiness- of gratitude, pride, and accomplishment. And, a shared bonding experience. You can see and feel this in every pixel of this photo!
