25.01.2022 the audacity Firstly, on the 12th of July 2019 Justice Richard Conway White ruled that it didn't go against the Racial Discrimination Act to prevent the Adnyamathanha and Barngarla people from participating in the vote on this nuclear waste facility. Secondly, this headline may lead some to think that this is a recent decision. That's incorrect. The government has been chipping away at this community for at least 5 years now. ... I've read that this has divided the community, I'll add an image in the comments to further explain my point. The final point I'll make is supporters of the nuclear waste facility use "jobs" as an argument which seems to disregard the damage to the reputation of Kimba's agriculture industry and job loss in regards to that. I'd imagine people would also lose jobs from members of the community leaving the town because of their concerns. This is also relevant to the image added in the comments.
