25.01.2022 When Life feels like pooh! It was Good Friday this year, and I was about to eat lunch with my family (homemade gnocchi) when it began. My son had a shower 10 min prior. We starting eating and my son says, Mum what’s that smell? I said I don’t know, so I followed the smell and it lead me to my courtyard. OMG, my courtyard was covered in shit!! It was seeping out of my gully trap! Got a plumber out ASAP and told me that my sewerage pipes were blocked and that I shared these ...with my neighbour. I thought this would be straightforward, talk to the neighbours, split the cost and get the job done. Neighbours did not want to know about it and care factor zero! I had to wash clothes, shower etc elsewhere. Not nice. Problem: I had limited control about this situation. I couldn’t control my neighbours but I could control my reaction to the situation. If I went into fight and flight, I would not solve the problem and I would make myself sick. I had to use my thinking brain and use logic and dig deep to figure it out and hold it together. I did go through some really low moments, feeling helpless, anxious, sleepless nights and angry. During the dark times, I kept reminding myself how lucky I was with the blessed life I have and was grateful for all the good things in my life. Regular exercise and meditation, kept my body, mind and soul aligned. I tried to keep this situation in perspective in terms of life disasters and figured in the big scheme of life, it was a small bump (a bit expensive!) but it is only money and I can find ways around that. After researching my legal options, (I remembered I did have rights!) I sought the assistance of the local council and 8 weeks later, the problem was solved! However it was a slow and painful process, a real slow grind. I now really appreciate my showers. I will never buy a property with a shared sewerage outlet again. This episode did not kill me and it did make me stronger! Namaste www.angelamancini.com.au Please comment Below

10.01.2022 Finding answers Often people seek answers from others but what they need to realise is that the answers are within. We are all amazing beings; we just need to believe it. Namaste www.angelamancini.com.au Please comment below

07.01.2022 Hi all, having written a post for a while, have been busy (life just gets in the way sometimes) and also did an overseas trip to England and France. It was truly amazing! I have always wanted to go to both of these countries and the opportunity presented itself, so I said 'YES' and did it. Good decision. Sometimes life presents opportunities to you and you should go for it. What opportunity came your way and you said 'YES'? Please comment below www.angelamancini.com.au

01.01.2022 Change Sometimes change is forced upon us: one door closes and another opens. See this as a new beginning, the glass half-full rather than the glass half empty. Be brave and embrace the change. View it as an opportunity for growth and expansion. You may be pleasantly surprised to find what is behind that door. 01.01.2022 Gratitude When experiencing negative thoughts and feelings stop and think about what is good in your life. Give thanks and be truly grateful for something good in your life. This will shift your thoughts and feelings into a positive head space. I am truly grateful for supportive family and friends. What are you truly grateful for?
