20.01.2022 Love to know- have you tried something new recently?? If so how was it? Fun? Frightening? Enlightening?... Liberating? At 51 I finally indulged in 1:1 yoga lessons! What a journey. It tested me big time and I loved the challenge and at times was hugely frustrated. Amazing what came up and how powerful my mind was with the crazy stories I was telling myself. Most of all I loved the self discovery and where my journey has taken me. Knowing I’m only just beginning excites me no end Taking time to dive deeper and deeper within has astounded me with my learnings. 16.01.2022 Do you have a morning routine?? I’d love to know what you do!! Mine starts the night before when I put my clothes out in the ensuite ready for my day ahead! ... On waking I try and think of something I’m grateful for then set my intentions for the day Every day begins with a healthy drink consisting of greens ( colour of the rainbow fruit n vegie in powder form) with my pro/prebiotic & a mind health sachet It’s my power drink instead of caffeine Meditation / visualisation listen to a podcast or ebook on way to gym / or exercise Affirmations in mirror before shower or on car on way home from gym Breakfast with my kids Most days are similar and include a walk with my depending on my family/ biz schedule - Im so grateful that I have flexibility to arrange my day to suit our needs!
