My message is slightly different than what I assume is your typical thank you note.I received an older Angelcare system from my sister who was about to throw her unused, still wrapped in a sealed box system in a yard sale. For us, the Angelcare system was a last attempt to try and literally save my daughter’s life. Allie is in multiple organ failure and has some developmental delays. She cannot eat because of he...r condition. She receives all her nutrition through an IV line. If that line breaks, it opens the risk to infection. Allie has had several infections, some very serious and have taken her to death’s door. In recent months, Allie has broken the line several times. Her dad and I were at our wits’ end. We were up all night making sure she didn’t get out of bed unassisted for bathroom trips because in a sleepy haze she has stepped on the line and it snapped. We were exhausted. Enter Angelcare. We have been using our monitor for a month now. Angelcare has made her safe. My husband and I are sleeping and our family is a happier one because of that.
