18.01.2022 NEW MOON Today I was reminded by a good friend about the importance of having rituals in everyday life. So in preparation for the new moon, I did a Moon Bath. Filled with healing salt to draw out any physical toxicities, I surrounded the bathroom with healing music, candles and crystals. I set the intention to connect with the moons energy and used the time to visualise the shedding of what no longer serves me, preparing myself for the incredible renewal opportunities of the next energy phase. Purging heavy energies is a great way to detox energetically... attachments to the past, bad habits, negative thought patterns, it's all possible with powerful rituals and intention setting.
